In 2018 we invited several real estate agents to sell our step-father's house. From the first moment we met Paul, we immediately felt good about him. He took the time, showed genuine interest in who had lived in the house and in our relationship with him. That personal contact really made all the difference for us — something that we unfortunately missed with other real estate agents. The communication was clear and pleasant throughout the entire process, also with his colleagues at the office. Paul gave valuable tips to make the property more attractive. Thanks to his commitment, the beautiful photos and the impressive 3D video, the house was ultimately sold very well, despite its somewhat old-fashioned decor. We look back on the collaboration with a good feeling and would definitely recommend Paul!

I am very satisfied with the service of Meermakelaars. They helped us in the search and visited the houses together with us. Their expertise was very valuable in determining whether a house would be a good option for us. They know the region very well and their knowledge of the neighborhood was a great help. They were always available and did excellent work in the negotiations and completion of the purchase. They even helped to resolve unexpected problems with the seller and worked outside office hours to ensure that the deed was signed according to plan. All in all, I can certainly recommend them if you are considering buying a house in Hoofddorp!

They are a modern agent with their own beautiful website and a kind of Google view through your house, allowing potential buyers to get a good impression of the property. Also, a stylist was present before the photos were taken, providing advice that made our home more sellable. The buyers were very pleased with the real estate agent, which also gave us a good feeling. Signing documents can also be done digitally, so no constant back and forth driving. All in all, a real estate agent who goes the extra mile, so we are very satisfied.

If you're looking for an active, driven real estate agent, you’ve found him. Paul knows the housing market inside and out, and with a solid sales plan, houses never stay on the market long with Paul.
