Super fijn en snel contact, persoonlijke aandacht en de beste begeleiding die ik maar kon wensen voor een starter die nu ze eerste woning heeft :) Ik zou Koops Haarlem aan iedereen adviseren die aan het zoeken is naar een woning, huur en koop. Not very happy with how I was addressed

We were very well assisted by Mitchel and his colleagues. With their tips, we were able to prepare our house for the professional photos. Our house was rented within a week after posting it online. The follow-up care was also very good. Definitely recommended.

A real recommendation!!! They are quick and helpful, everything is clear and they take the time to explain everything, show it, communicate and answer all questions about the property. The property was also perfect! Clean and with a welcome letter with tips, for example about how you can register or change your address. Bianca Jamoel has helped me during the entire rental process and I wholeheartedly recommend her for everything related to renting or buying.

This real estate agency is incredibly unreliable and provides a pitiful service. Despite an initial phone conversation with agent Bianca, in which she promised to contact me by e-mail, I never received a response. Multiple attempts to reach her were unsuccessful. Their lack of communication and disregard for customers' needs are unacceptable. I strongly advise against working with this office and recommend seeking help elsewhere.

Vorig jaar zocht ik een kantoorruimte en zou moeten wachten tot 1 januari om in het desbetreffende kantoor te kunnen intrekken. De heer Langkamp kwam met een vervangende oplossing om een ruimte te huren tot 1 januari en vervolgens over te gaan naar het nieuwe kantoor. Erg te spreken en positief over deze firma!
