Our Broker is Fleur van der Vegt. She is very cheerful and helped us with bidding on our very first house, even though we ultimately lost it, but we decided to continue the next few attempts with Fleur. However, for the next bid on a house, she didn't show up for the appointment and only showed up after three days with an apology SMS. We were even misled one day before the deadline by not appearing at another appointment again without notifying us beforehand, and refused to respond via phone call and WhatsApp. Ultimately, we had to find another Broker at the last moment to submit the bid before the deadline, which was a terrible experience ever! What we received was a nonsense excuse explaining why she didn't show up, just because she hadn't seen the message and the call... as buyers, we currently do not see her broker profession. 2 stars is perhaps even too much.
