I highly recommend Agnes, she gave us good and especially honest advice. She helped us get the house within 1 month, which we never expected. In such a difficult housing market, she has helped us enormously. One thing I personally liked about her was that, unlike other real estate agents, she would treat your money as her own and give you the right advice on how to bid, she wouldn't let you waste money on unnecessary overbidding, she will guide you correctly on the amount of bids given the property costs. She also told us in some points not to bid on specific properties because this could lead to excessive spending in later stages. Our Broker is Fleur van der Vegt. She is very cheerful and helped us with bidding on our very first house, even though we ultimately lost it, but we decided to continue the next few attempts with Fleur. However, for the next bid on a house, she didn't show up for the appointment and only showed up after three days with an apology SMS. We were even misled one day before the deadline by not appearing at another appointment again without notifying us beforehand, and refused to respond via phone call and WhatsApp. Ultimately, we had to find another Broker at the last moment to submit the bid before the deadline, which was a terrible experience ever! What we received was a nonsense excuse explaining why she didn't show up, just because she hadn't seen the message and the call... as buyers, we currently do not see her broker profession. 2 stars is perhaps even too much.
