The real estate agent made a good assessment of the value of the property to be sold. Based on his advice, in addition to the property, a plot was also sold to a second party as a garden parcel. With care and tact, the real estate agent dealt with the fickleness of this buyer. All of this has resulted in proceeds from the property in relation to the asking price and extra income from the parcel for sale.
