This broker lowers the agreed-upon asking price after only a week, does nothing for you and doesn't properly strive to accept the offered price, called almost every day. Moreover, he favors the buying party and does absolutely nothing for the selling party, who pays him. Terrible broker.

I would absolutely not do business with this realtor. He changes the purchase agreement after you have signed it, lets the buying party sign while there is no agreement, and then tries to force the agreement down your throat. If you then dispute the bill and try to find a solution with him, he makes up all sorts of lies and sends a bailiff after you. I am not the only one speaking from experience and have proof despite his lies. THIS IS A BIG WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. NEITHER WITH GOOD NEWS REAL ESTATE WHICH IS OWNED BY THE SAME OWNER.
