Telefonisch niet te bereiken via mail word je compleet genegeerd. Ontvangen willen ze wel elke maand maar om ook maar een stukje onderhoud te doen blijven ze ver van je vandaan. Zeer slecht en waardeloos bedrijf!! Zal de foto’s nog even besparen(weet nog niet hoelang) van de totale achterstallig onderhoud

Zeer tevreden over de samenwerking! Robert is erg toegankelijk en prettig in de omgang. Hij denkt goed mee en zorgt voor een vlotte, aangename communicatie.

Aan de voorkant wordt veel beloofd echter worden de zaken achteraf slecht behandeld. Telefonisch slecht tot niet bereikbaar!

Ik was een internationale student die in het studiejaar 2022-2023 ongeveer 9 maanden in het huis verbleef. Tot nu toe had ik niet echt de tijd en capaciteit om een ​​recensie te schrijven. Het was een behoorlijk vreselijke ervaring, die begon vanaf de eerste dag dat we hier kwamen wonen. Toen ik er kwam wonen, was de keuken een puinhoop (ik heb een video bijgevoegd van de keuken op het moment dat ik het huis binnenstapte). Er lagen vol lege flessen, en kruimels en vlekken etc. op het aanrecht. Vuilnisbakken in de achtertuin waren behoorlijk vol. Naast de vuilnisbakken lag afval opgestapeld. Het kostte een van mijn huisgenoten en ik 4 uur om de keuken op te ruimen. We konden het afvalinzamelingsschema niet volgen, omdat er afval van de laatste huurders achterbleef. In de achtertuin stonden 2 achtergelaten containers die door de autoriteiten niet langer werden geaccepteerd voor afvalinzameling. Ik kreeg van Omrin te horen dat die containers al een jaar niet meer geaccepteerd werden. Die containers zaten nog steeds vol met afval toen ik hier kwam wonen en een afspraak met Omrin had gemaakt om ze op te halen. Tijdens mijn verblijf heb ik een paar keer contact moeten opnemen met de makelaar, Robert, maar meestal kreeg ik trage reacties van hem, soms reageerde hij niet eens op mijn e-mails. Langzaam als in een week of twee. Ik herinnerde me soms mijn huisgenoten en ik vroeg hem toevallig hetzelfde, en hij antwoordde op mijn huisgenoten behalve op mij. Ik kreeg geen reactie van hem nadat ik meerdere e-mails op verschillende tijdstippen had verzonden. Toen ik eenmaal was verhuisd, zei ik tegen hem dat hij een brief voor me moest bewaren omdat het belangrijk was, en ik was op dat moment niet in Nederland. Ik vroeg of hij mij een contactpersoon kon verwijzen van wie in dat huis woont, zodat ik rechtstreeks met hen kan praten over het ophalen van mijn brief. Hij vertelde me dat hij het voor mij mocht bewaren, maar na een tijdje vertelde hij me dat ik gewoon aan de deur kon bellen en om de brief kon vragen. Ik stond een paar keer aan de deur tot er iemand thuis was. Alles werd echter opgehelderd en er was geen teken van mijn brief. Eerlijk gezegd is dit niet het grootste probleem. Het is echter nog steeds een voorbeeld van hoe onverantwoordelijk een agent kan zijn. Het ergste voor mij in deze situatie is dat onze aanbetaling zonder legitieme reden is afgeschreven. Zoals hierboven vermeld, lag het huis vol met afval op de dag dat we er kwamen wonen. We konden de containers niet leegmaken op de dag dat we verhuisden, en het is niet onze verantwoordelijkheid om dat te doen als ze achterblijven. Blijkbaar dacht Robert er niet zo over. Ik betaalde €385 als borg, en hij gaf mij €274,12 terug. Ik heb om de rekening gevraagd om te controleren of we meer g/w/e hebben verbruikt dan we hebben betaald, maar hij heeft mij niet de exacte rekening gestuurd. Ik stuurde hem meerdere e-mails met het verzoek om er één te krijgen, maar hij bleef maar uitwijken om de documenten te verstrekken. Ik vroeg hem waarom de borg werd afgetrokken en hij zei dat hij moest betalen voor het opruimen van het afval. Ach, neem me niet kwalijk, waarom was het huis dan zo'n puinhoop toen we er kwamen wonen? Het is bijna een jaar geleden dat dit is gebeurd, maar het werkte nog steeds op mijn zenuwen. Ik heb onze screenshots van ons gesprek op WhatsApp bijgevoegd. Toen ik hem de video stuurde die ik had gemaakt toen ik daar aankwam, en ook de video die bij deze opmerking was gevoegd, beweerde hij dat het niet waar is, en stuurde me vervolgens een screenshot van de video die hij in juni voor het huis had gemaakt, toen hij me de video liet zien tijdens een huisbezoek. Hij beweerde dat de foto liet zien hoe het huis was op de dag dat we er kwamen wonen. Dat is vrijwel onzin. Kerel probeerde niet eens de opnamedatum te verslaan. Ik trok er in op 31/8/2022, hij liet me een screenshot zien van een video die hij in juni/2022 maakte, waarin hij zei dat dit precies de status is van het huis toen we er introkken. Dit is DE SLECHTSTE huurervaring in mijn leven geweest. Ik heb wat juridisch advies geraadpleegd en ze zeiden dat het contract erg lastig was. Sommige artikelen werden verwijderd, maar bleven onheilspellend. De adviseur zei ook dat hij wist dat we niet zouden betalen voor de juridische dienst om hem aan te klagen, omdat dit meer zou kosten dan het bedrag dat we verloren hadden.

Pas op voor deze Malafide huisjesmelker. (Zie ook het nieuwsbericht op sikkom) Robert ternede is een bekende oplichter in Groningen, en schroomt er niet voor te dreigen met geweld waneer er te laat betaald word.

Na enige tijd een pand gehuurd te hebben bij Nova Vastgoed in de Rivierenbuurt kan ik een ieder dit aanraden. Fijn contact gehad met de heer Ter Nede. Een enkele keer dat er iets was met een defecte kraan werd het diezelfde dag nog opgelost.

Words cannot describe how unprofessional and bad this rental company is, especially Lucas Klamer himself. He is extremely unprofessional and doesn't seem to make any effort for his work.

It is not recommended to work with this company, especially not with the owner

I would not recommend anyone to work with this ‘enterprise’, even now that the housing crisis in Groningen continues. Mr. Klamer has a tendency to avoid contact, especially when it comes to finances. In my case, the down payment was not returned more than 3 months after leaving the rental property despite the absence of any obligation regarding damages etc. Furthermore, reporting damage to properties is also problematic; there are simply no responses.

Luuk was the property manager for the owner. During the years, we have had communication via email. As a tenant, I have had a positive experience with him. Generally, I feel that I can trust him.

People, do NOT go into the sea with this man! Communication isn't bad, but simply not present. Mr. doesn't keep appointments and tries to rip you off wherever possible.

Very satisfied with this realtor. The realtor has excellent knowledge of the local market. A professional and reliable company. Quick, short updates on progress. Excellent settlement. Reliable!

Luuk sold the property well and quickly. Professional photos were taken and everything went according to plan.

If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. I lived in a shared flat for over 4 years and managed my Klamer. I stayed there because it was good enough for the Groningen situation. However, Klamer entered our house without any prior notice (illegally), even went so far as to simply open doors and walk into our rooms, but denied that, even though other roommates saw him doing it. Reimbursements would take an eternity and only happen after much insistence on our part, and usually are 'half-baked' (not done properly). 1.5 years after I moved out, I still haven’t received my full deposit for no reason whatsoever. Don't be fooled: he will be responsive, nice and attentive at first, get you to sign and receive your money (you don’t even have to let him withdraw the money from your account, you can simply transfer it yourself, although he will tell you otherwise, check the law), but once he has your money, he will much prefer to ignore you rather than take care of his tenants. Luckily I usually had a good time, although that was thanks to my roommates and our humor.

Real estate agency Lucas Klamer manages our real estate in Groningen. We are very happy with them: problems are adequately resolved, they collaborate on changes, and they respond to our questions quickly. As far as we're concerned, definitely worth 5 stars!

Does not respond to messages, cannot be reached by phone while every minute counts when looking for a home...and calls themselves a realtor.

One thing they are good at is writing off the rent every month. *edit 13-12 The quote in the reaction below comes from an email (which is newer than this review). For context: an invoice of €500 was sent without explanation. I had to first ask for clarification. Upon receiving that explanation, I thanked them politely. Furthermore, we have had much more contact and raised issues that were resolved considerably less smoothly.

This company/the people who work for this company are a bunch of scammers. The number of square meters you pay for is not what you actually have. They don't honor their agreements. No wonder they had to sell several properties through the receiver. They also still send 'invoices' two years later, claiming they need to be paid while they no longer own the property.

Overall, only positive words about Solide. Contacted back then to find the living space suitable for me and found it very quickly! Communication is always great and problems are immediately taken over and resolved. As far as I know, Solide is 100% recommended to everyone!!! Top company.

Absolutely worthless rental company. Not even worthy of 1 star. Agreements are not kept. Simple issues are ignored and as a tenant you have to constantly chase them to get anything done. Maintenance reports remain outstanding for months, and then they only solve the problem but do nothing about the damage. The housing shortage in Groningen is high, but do yourself a huge favor and don't rent from this company. Most hopeless bunch of landlords in Groningen. Also take a look at the Sikkom articles about this landlord. In short - DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Several years ago, I rented a studio through this agency (then called Vastgoed Beheer Groningen). The fact that a company changes its name is often already ominous. Also, the current location of Solide Vastgoed Beheer is regularly removed from Google Maps so that people cannot leave reviews. They offer little service for the (high) rent you pay. Emails are not answered or only after repeated insistence. Requesting a second key is a drama, where you are referred to a third party because you received the wrong key. Also, insufficient insight is given into the (service) costs that you pay per month. I don't have a good feeling about this intermediary. Update March 2018: final inspection when leaving the rental property was experienced as unpleasant. The employee in question arrived late and upon arrival it turned out that the new tenants were present at the final inspection (which I thought was strange). You also, as a tenant, have to fill in the preliminary inspection report yourself (where you must indicate what you, as a tenant, would need to repair/restore to the original condition). This really seems like a task for the landlord, who should carry out the (pre)inspection well before the contract expires (and not, as in my case, one day before the contract ends). In this way, as a tenant, you cannot reasonably perform any remedial work.

Years ago I rented an apartment through this scammer.... Had to pay cleaning costs of €130 for a 1-room apartment that was 6 months old. I had also cleaned myself! I also spent some time in the cold because the heating didn't work (1.5 months). After insisting, I did not receive any discount for those months. Which, of course, makes sense since they did not deliver all products/services I paid for. Back then a rent of about €1230! Don't know why my review disappeared. So to warn the rest, it is back here again. :)

Short lines and you are well supported throughout the entire journey. Visited the office once, familiar atmosphere! The gentlemen of commerce seem to think quite a bit of themselves, but that's alright and doesn't bother me. Definitely recommend this club!

Making appointments is possible. Whether Solide keeps to the agreements is another story. There has been (of the approximately 25 times (!!)) not once that Solide has kept her appointments. Rent elsewhere if you get even a slight chance. Don't make my mistake.

Very bad, also in communication. Emails are not answered, while it concerns the safety of tenants.

AVOID Scammers first class. Permits not in order. Residents always the victims!

Not often do you get helped somewhere as quickly and effectively as with Solide! Very satisfied and would definitely recommend it!

Good things done with Sandor from Solide Vastgoed Beheer, everything was arranged quickly and the contact was good.

Very poor communication, does not keep appointments and places the responsibility on the tenant.
