After 3 attempts to view a house, we give up. First time the homeowner cancels, gone €100.00! Called in advance, we're coming from far away, by train, returning without result, €100 lighter. Second time cancelled. Third time, cancelled again. What manners! Very bad experiences with this agency.

Throughout the entire process, we felt that Nieboer was working for the buyer and not for us. Our realtor never listened to our wishes, and we never felt supported by him during the sales process of our house. He simply wanted to sell it at any price to get his commission. And as if that weren't enough, he lied to us at least once. Terrible service and very unprofessional!

Ze regelden een online bezichtiging voor me, omdat ik in mijn thuisland was, iets wat andere verhuurbedrijven niet aanboden. Nadat ik was geselecteerd voor het huis, werd ik door elke stap van het proces begeleid. Ik wil in het bijzonder Niels bedanken, die alles voor me regelde. Hij liet me het huis zien via een videogesprek en stuurde me meerdere keren foto's en video's. Hij heeft ook de afmetingen opgemeten om me te helpen bij de aankoop van meubels in het buitenland en hielp me bij het tekenen van contracten voor gas en elektriciteit. Toen de situatie echter verslechterde, wilden ze me graag helpen, maar uiteindelijk kozen ze voor de makelaar die de huiseigenaar vertegenwoordigde. Ze beweerden dat ze de kosten hadden verlaagd, maar in werkelijkheid hebben ze dat niet gedaan en hebben ze niet eens de moeite genomen om bij de makelaar van de eigenaar na te vragen of zij de kosten had verlaagd. Er zijn veel makelaars in de stad. Probeer eerst eens andere.

Very nice and helpful real estate agent. There are many different sites where I was looking for a new place to live, in the end I only received viewings through campus.nl. I received a lot of help and have now found a lovely place. Very happy with it!

They only handle the smallest jobs and fix them with uninformed men. You pay too much for the quality that is delivered. No door or window can be properly closed, so a lot of heat is lost in winter, which means we have to pay extra despite rarely turning on the heating. Fixing a clog and repairing the damage (peeling ceiling with water stains and unusable mattress) has already taken 5 months. They've sent three different men to paint. But there's no communication between Groningen properties, client, and contractor. As a result, it takes thirty times longer than necessary. The last person who came by was a handyman approached on the street or he just wanted to drop by.

After two less pleasant experiences with previous moving companies, I absolutely have nothing negative to say about this company. They are always ready to help and efficiently resolve any issues.
