This apartment has been for sale for almost 3 years now and needs to be styled to speed up the sale. This real estate agent can try now and hoped to sell it quickly without the client having to incur costs (certainly not a favour from this man/client). It is presented as if they wanted to offer us this super opportunity. As a real estate agent, you must always be well informed. Moreover, he stood behind you in every room in a very irritating way so that you couldn't experience anything on your own terms.

Unfortunately, I haven't had a good experience with the real estate agent. On January 29th, I had a viewing of the property at Willem Beukelszstraat 36. The real estate agent who showed us the property indicated that we were not allowed to ask questions during the viewing and that we should call or email for those. I emailed several times but received no response or the information I requested. When there was a reply, I was told to call, even though I repeatedly stated that I don't have a good command of the Dutch language. I would have preferred to receive answers to my questions by email. This doesn't seem professional and it remains unclear why my questions are not answered via email.
