What we found pleasant about Willem is that he remains quite businesslike. No long, beautiful stories about how fantastic he and his office are, but simply addressing the day-to-day reality: a house needs to be sold and how do we want to approach that. Completely sufficient in the current market. The company which took care of the photos for him deserves extra praise; our house looked stunning in the pictures. Taken BijWillem on in hand for sale of house in Harderwijk. During the discussion of the sale, a number of expectations were expressed about the sales process. Willem indicated that he could meet these with his method of personal and approachable. However, during the sales process, Willem did not fully live up to these expectations and, upon inquiry afterwards, could not or only partially remember them. Reachability is not always equally good. No 100% transparency in communication experienced. A pity for us, because the house was sold but an undesirable aftertaste remains due to a number of points in the actions of the real estate agent that we had discussed differently beforehand and would therefore also have liked to see and experience differently in execution. Discussing the points with Willem did not lead to adjustment or recovery. After the process, there was no request for our experiences and/or whether the offered services were satisfactory.

Very poor communication and long waiting times. We also couldn't agree on the selling price, which in my opinion was set much too low. In the meantime, I have attracted the sale to myself and I already have 2 bids above my asking price. Poor assessment of this agency! But I am particularly unhappy with the communication because they simply don't reply to emails. And I had been in contact with them since June and they could only come by for a viewing at the end of August. In short, I would not recommend this real estate agent.

Annette van Veluws Real Estate was able to quickly sell my chalet. Beautiful photos were taken and the communication flowed very smoothly.

Made a purchase through Veluwe Chalets - and signed a purchase agreement. The inspection report provided by them was shared with me free of charge under the name 'extra service'. So I, (a woman alone who bought property for the first time) no longer had an inspection carried out and fully trusted theirs. (in collaboration with Woonkeur) Unfortunately, the inspection report proved unreliable when I had two experts look at my purchase the weekend after signing. (I didn't get this time for the sale because everything had to be quick and I went along with it) After that, I decided to terminate the purchase. I was still well within my statutory and contractual cooling-off period of three days. (See Rijksoverheid, article 7:2 WB and the conditions of Veluwe Chalets themselves) Unfortunately, a conflict arose in which they informed me that I could not terminate. I have been able to refute one argument after another. And for the last one, namely that it would not be immovable property - and therefore I would not have a cooling-off period, I engaged a lawyer. (Read Portacabin ruling) That was the end of it. Under the pretext 'that a lawsuit would take too much time for the selling party', Veluwe Chalets withdrew.. I only want to emphasize this to people: don't be rushed and read the conditions very carefully and know your rights!! Because they try to play it out and contradict their own terms if necessary. (Article 3:3 general term Veluwe Chalets on their own website) I have certainly learned a lot from it, that’s the positive thing about it. ☺️

A valuation for my holiday home was carried out by this company. The person who did it gave a rather high estimate, which surprised me. After that, I had to quickly sign the order confirmation. When the valuation report arrived, it turned out the value was a third lower than the price he originally indicated. Also, there were demonstrable errors in the report; for example, 1 bed was listed, while his own photos showed that there were 2 beds.

I am very satisfied with the entire sales process of our holiday home. It was really nice that I got to meet Ronald and Annette prior to the sale, during the intake meeting. A beautiful sales presentation was created with lovely, clear photos. Excellent accessibility, good communication, fast and direct. With their extensive experience and solid expertise, they managed to realize the sale of our holiday home in a short period of time.(ps; concerns sale December 2021 but review was removed)

More feedback would be nice so you don't have to call yourself about who has viewed the caravan, even if it’s just from people saying they found the caravan beautiful and are going to discuss/brainstorm. No, they didn’t find the caravan anything or ??? They thought the campsite was too quiet, although something.
