What really shocked me was the moment when I expressed my concerns about the miscommunication and the promises that were not fulfilled. The realtor's reaction was shocking. This is evidence of a complete lack of respect for potential customers and their needs. I feel frustrated and cheated by my interactions with ERA Makelaardij Renger. The combination of incorrect information, broken promises, unprofessional behavior, and ignoring my concerns has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. During the house visit, it soon became clear that I didn't need to look for another real estate agent. The connection and mutual trust were immediate. Shortly thereafter, the necessary steps were taken, such as hiring a stylist, a photographer, and applying for an energy label. My wildest expectations were exceeded when, three weeks after publication on Funda, the preliminary purchase agreement was signed.
