Van Scherpenzeel makelaars heeft ons fantastisch geholpen met de verkoop van ons huis. Ik had voor Scherpenzeel gekozen omdat Ik 10 jaar geleden ook het huis bij hun gekocht had. En toen was de samenwerking ook al heel goed dus dit was voor mij genoeg reden om het huis ook via hen in de verkoop te doen. Ze zijn erg kundig en weten precies hoe je je huis beste verkoopt. Hierbij hebben ze ons geholpen tot in de kleinste details en reageerde ze snel en bekwaam op onze vragen en emails. Wat ons opviel is dat elke voorspelling die zij deden bij ons huis ook uitkwam en dit laat gewoon zien hoe vaak zij al huizen hebben verkocht en de markt goed kennen. Wat heel fijn was is dat de Makelaar vrij snel langs een inspectie doet. En gelijk met een lijst aan tips en trics komt om je huis beter presenteer baar te maken.
