Ik had interesse in een bedrijfspand wat van Herk te huur aanbied. De eerste keer vroegen ze een KVK en zouden ze de dag erna terug bellen, maar elke dag kreeg ik de belofte dat ze terug zouden bellen waarna ik zelf maar weer belde. Na 4 dagen bellen, kreeg ik contact met de juiste persoon en moesten jaarcijfers ingediend worden. Ik vroeg of ik binnen afzienbare termijn een reactie kon verwachten aangezien ik ook een ander pand aangeboden gekregen had, maar deze vond ik minder als de door van Herk aangeboden pand. Ik zou binnen 2 dagen terug gebeld worden. Ik heb een week elke dag gebeld, omdat er dagelijks beloofd werd dat ik terug zou worden gebeld. Na een week kreeg ik de juiste persoon aan de telefoon en ik kon komen bezichtigen. Tijdens de bezichtiging aangegeven dat het pand prima was voor mij, maar dat ik wel een spoedig antwoord zou willen omdat de eigenaar van het andere pand niet veel langer kon wachten. Hij ging zijn best doen en 2 weken later werd ik gebeld met de mededeling dat de keuze op iemand anders was gevallen. Uiteindelijk het andere pand dus ook misgelopen en dus een maand lang aan het lijntje gehouden en vele terugbel afspraken die niet nagekomen zijn. Dit is bijna een maand geleden en het pand staat nog steeds te huur.

Kon hij mij niet vertellen of uitleggen en gaf alleen aan dat eind van het jaar de calculatie zal plaatsvinden. Aangegeven dat ik graag vooraf wil weten waarvoor ik ga betalen. Dus welke kosten hier onder vallen en hoeveel voorschot voor water en elektra. Makelaar had hier geen antwoord op en deed ineens kortaf met de woorden "Het is wat het is". Vreemde onprofessionele houding. Mijn interesse inmiddels verlegd naar een ander bedrijfspand en uiteraard niet bij deze makelaar.

Op de desbetreffende dag krijg je te horen dat wij kennelijk de enige geïnteresseerden waren voor de woning en dat ie zelfs onder de vraagprijs weg mocht. Wij een bod voorgesteld, en zij gingen akkoord. Spreek je af in de middag weer te bellen voor verder overleg.. krijg je vervolgens te horen dat het een miscommunicatie van een collega was. En werd het huis een kwartier later opnieuw geadverteerd voor het bod wat wij geboden hadden.. Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Wij intens blij de hele ochtend.. om in de middag zo’n domper mee te maken. Dachten zo ons eerste droomhuis te kunnen kopen.

Al lukt het kom je aan om daar, tot verbazing 12 mensen wachtend voor de deur te zien voor dezelfde bezichtiging. Als kers op de taart is er schaamteloos een knop aangebracht op de site om mensen te laten overbieden op huur en borg. Ga dus niet uit van een rustige bezichtiging of dat de getoonde huurprijs ook maar in de buurt komt van wat de uiteindelijk geselecteerde huurder zal moeten betalen.

ik zou vandaag nog mijn contract kunnen tekenen maar helaas kan ik at home vastgoed niet bellen en zijn ze alleen bereikbaar via hun contactformulier :(

Doordat je verplicht wordt akkoord te gaan met het feit dat je de huur moet betalen zodra je geselecteerd bent, zit je vast in het proces. Hierdoor is het lastig om tussentijds verder te zoeken naar andere woningen en blijf je in onzekerheid. Als je de woning uiteindelijk afwijst, zit je bovendien vast aan een hele maand huur. Dat zou nog begrijpelijk zijn, maar niet wanneer er vervolgens helemaal geen communicatie plaatsvindt. Hierdoor verlies je onnodig tijd en zit je uiteindelijk met niets, omdat deze organisatie niets van zich laat horen. Ze geven aan uiterlijk binnen een week terugkoppeling te geven, of zodra de verhuurder een keuze heeft gemaakt. In de praktijk hoor je echter niets. Het lijkt mij zeer onwaarschijnlijk dat een verhuurder er een maand over doet om een huurder te selecteren. Er is totaal geen transparantie in het proces! kortom zeer onbetrouwbaar en onprofessioneel. Update na reactie van At Home Vastgoed: Dank voor jullie reactie, maar volgens mij begrijpen jullie mijn punt niet helemaal.. Mijn review gaat niet alleen over de juridische regels rond annuleren, maar over hoe het proces in de praktijk werkt voor woningzoekenden. In theorie zit je misschien niet vast, maar in werkelijkheid wel. Als je weken (2–3 weken of langer) moet wachten zonder duidelijke communicatie of transparantie, zit je in onzekerheid en durf je niet verder te zoeken naar andere woningen. Want stel dat je wél gekozen wordt, dan heb je door de extra kosten en voorwaarden nauwelijks nog een echte keuze om alsnog af te zien. Het gaat dus niet alleen om wat formeel mag volgens de regels, maar om hoe het daadwerkelijk ervaren wordt door kandidaten. Dat jullie het bij de verhuurder leggen neemt niet weg dat zulke lange wachttijden in de praktijk niet normaal zijn en kandidaten hierdoor wel degelijk vast zitten in onzekerheid. Meer transparantie en snellere communicatie zouden dit probleem al grotendeels oplossen.

Een zeer verdacht bedrijf. Nadat ik ze een bericht had gestuurd via Kamernet, werd ik doorgestuurd naar hun "eigen website" voor een bezichtiging. A landlord with nothing, placing a new mixer tap because the old one doesn't work anymore is asking for too much. They don't respond anymore. As a tenant they just leave you in the lurch!

Absent in communication and maintenance. There is no way to communicate with them. As a tenant, you don't get any response on emails and maintenance is also not picked up, despite multiple requests. Also, nothing is done for sustainability. Really a house melter. They get 2 stars from me because there is still a technician who comes every year to maintain the central heating boiler.

Bad website

Negative review based on the fact that they ask the tenant almost 250 euros in administrative costs while this has already been indicated to be illegal by the Supreme Court. Reason enough not to go into business with them.

Thanks to this company I finally have a really nice house exactly where I wanted! My contact person was Kristen Joosten and I must say that I am very grateful. I had been looking for a house for a long time. She helped me by thinking with me and the communication was 10/10. I got personal attention which I really appreciated throughout the whole process. Everything went on very smoothly. All in all a really nice experience!

Bizarre how they deal with people! NEVER do something together. Really too sick for words.

Don't return the deposit, too many questions, not maintained, apartments stripped down, saying that it's double glazing, but in reality only the balcony door has glass. I know at least where you live and I'm looking forward to meeting you on the street.

Thanks to national land ownership and contact person Guus Remmers, I quickly got a nice 4 room apartment in Rotterdam. Don't get where those negative reactions are coming from, but these are good people. Live here with pleasure.

what a bad landlord, delayed maintenance which is their responsibility according to the contract. ignoring emails or only responding after weeks and then still putting it off. keeping appointments seems like a vwo exam for them.

Particularly a tenant of this organization is causing disturbance, shouting until late hours, multiple reports have been made but no response. House rules are being ignored and the VVE manager V&M management refuses to help me further. I'm looking for the landlord/owner/contact person of an apartment in Haarlem and that is Nationaal Grond Bezit. Nice cooperation. Paying service costs for years and getting nothing. Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews. I had a great time renting through Nagron last year. No problems at all, not even when it came to maintenance and always pleasant and quick contact. Extra thanks to Kristen Joosten for the nice contact and all her help! And for those people who have something to complain about the costs for maintenance/repairs etc... you were there yourself when you signed the rental contract, right? ;)

Terrible landlords. Only out for money. Houses full of moisture, mold and they don't want to repair anything. If you send an email, they only respond after 1 or 2 months. Really a scandalous company

Warning: Do not rent this equipment. The worst mess you can imagine, where even a vagrant won't want to live. The house is about to fall apart. They're only there to catch money. They show no understanding whatsoever and are the biggest scammers. They don't deserve any stars at all. Never, ever rent from these people!

My mother-in-law has been renting a house from this club for over 30 years, and in those 30 years there has never been any maintenance done. When you report issues or notifications after a breakdown, you are sent from one box to another wall, and they stick their heads in the sand. However, they do inform her when rent prices are going to increase. Because, oh, dare you not to pay this. This malicious club (in my eyes) is only after money and has no eye for the human, except for themselves. Enriching themselves over the back of others. Landlords are required by law to install smoke detectors by July 2022, this should have been done, unfortunately up to today these things are still not there. I was promised everything but they do absolutely nothing. Unfortunately, you have to give them a star otherwise you can't get further, but believe me this deserves no star but a heavy thick fail.

Can't even use the toilet and nobody does anything about it!!! The house was already in a state of disrepair, and I thought I could fix it up until I saw that my neighbors above me pay the same rent and have received a completely new toilet, bathroom, kitchen, and the whole house has been renovated! (In my living room, that ceiling almost falls on my head) just ridiculous!! And I can't find another housing!!!! Otherwise, I would have been gone years ago!!!

Afrader: main prizes, bad communication (except if they can sell you something or the debt collection department), year-end statement always too late (but as they so nicely know to explain: there's no penalty attached for that) and super chill heating block, which makes sure you really know where you stand.

Very satisfied with National Land as a landlord. Comes across differently often. Communication with the landlord is good and addresses necessary points directly. The house is very comfortable and fits in every aspect. Definitely a recommendation!
