Don't pay for their subscription. The number of reactions they display are incorrect. If a property has already been on the site before, the reactions count continues. So a newly posted property will immediately start counting from the number of reactions it had the last time it was there. It doesn't save anywhere, so these statistics are worthless.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to give a 0, but let me state this clearly. If you are looking for a website that helps you find accommodation, I recommend you choose any other website except Pararius. I once bought a subscription for just one month and canceled it at the end of the month, but somehow those scammers made me pay a kind of debt for the period in July at the end of the year (in December). I did not receive any notification for almost half a year that I had an outstanding amount to pay, which meant I not only paid for the subscription but also a fine (which was actually higher than the subscription itself). In short, if you are looking for a tool to make your life easier (when it comes to finding a place to stay) - DO NOT CHOOSE PARARIUS - their main goal is to SCAM YOU!

Pararius could be better named “Only for Students”. The platform is completely meaningless for regular housing seekers. Day in and day out, only houses with the note 'only for students' are put online. Even with a paid Pararius Plus account, you get no fair chance and not a bit of transparency. The only time I got a viewing was for a house that literally was about to collapse. This platform gives the impression of arbitrariness and unequal treatment. Absolutely disappointing and certainly not a recommendation for anyone seriously looking for a decent home.

Looking for a room or a rental house? I really looked everything up but kept ending up at Pararius with the best and most current and complete offering! A relief for me after all the other websites I had visited. Keep up the good work!

Don't tell anything at all. It costs a lot and then you get the worst service in the Netherlands. My partner and I had responded to a house and we would hear something within 2 days. We are not emailed or called, so we call and email ourselves. Nothing is clear and no one can help us. Then a week later, we see that it's been rented out. So there you have it, that premium bullshit.

As a letting agent, we have been working with Pararius & Pararius office for several years now. We are always well supported, proactively helped and kept up to date. Keep it up!

Robin was ontzettend behulpzaam tijdens mijn hele traject van huizenkoop. Hij heeft fantastisch werk verricht door de juiste prijs voor mijn bod te bepalen. De communicatie was van begin tot eind helder en consistent. Tijdens de inspectie gaf Robin doordachte suggesties voor mogelijke reparaties en zorgde hij ervoor dat ik volledig op de hoogte was. Zelfs nadat de aankoop was afgerond, bleef hij contact met me houden over eventuele reparaties en nam hij contact op met de verkoper om ervoor te zorgen dat alles in orde was. Zijn toewijding en opvolging maakten de hele ervaring soepel en stressvrij. Een echte aanrader!

I had the misfortune to work with them. Bunch of antisocial people. Houses look nice, but if you look under the surface it's as bad as possible and I am ashamed to have ever had anything to do with them. Reliable? Not really. Expertise? Totally absent, especially during renovations, and you feel that afterwards.

They absolutely do not take you seriously as a tenant. Maintenance isn't done. Poor communication. They push everything onto ‘older building’. No plan to make it more sustainable or improve the house at all, although there is sufficient money available. Really very frustrating. When there was still direct contact with the landlord, there were no problems. Now that this company is in between, it’s really a disaster. Very unfortunate.

The rental prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly, easily accessible, and takes quick action when needed. When there are defects in the property, this is addressed quickly.

Nice administrator. I think it's relatively small which means you are still treated as a human here. Communication was always very pleasant and they respond/act how a normal administrator should respond/act. This is very special these days.

Deze makelaar op aanraden van aankoop makelaar gekozen. Mocht je een makelaar willen die niet pro actief is, slechte communicatie heeft en flink aan de prijs is voor wat ze doen dan zou ik deze aanraden. Zo niet kan je beter een andere makelaar kiezen. We hebben zelf overal achteraan moeten gaan, nadat de bezichtingen waren geweest. Enkele voorbeelden die niet goed gingen: - Niet gehouden aan het tegenbod (maar lager) - Eenmaal deal gesloten met kopers, veel te lang over het getekende koopcontact gedaan. Moesten zelf steeds bellen en appen hoe het er mee stond. - De periode van he voorlopige voorwaarden niet de vinger aan de pols gehouden met wat betreft de status van de financiering van de kopers. 1 dag na het aflopen van deze termijn opeens trots vertellen dat de financiering rond was. - Bord van te koop hangt nu 2 weken na de verkoop nog steeds aan het raam En zo kunnen we nog even doorgaan, dus we raden deze makelaar niet aan

Van Herk makelaars Rotterdam heeft ons geholpen bij de aan- en verkoop van ons huis. Daarbij hebben ze ons goed geïnformeerd en waren ze altijd bereikbaar voor vragen, zelf buiten kantooruren. Als heel erg prettig ervaren.

Hele vreemde bedrijfsmakelaar. Had interesse in een bedrijfspand aan de Tulpstraat in Moordrecht. Had een vraag over de servicekosten hoe deze waren opgebouwd. Kon hij mij niet vertellen of uitleggen en gaf alleen aan dat eind van het jaar de calculatie zal plaatsvinden. Aangegeven dat ik graag vooraf wil weten waarvoor ik ga betalen. Dus welke kosten hier onder vallen en hoeveel voorschot voor water en elektra. Makelaar had hier geen antwoord op en deed ineens kortaf met de woorden "Het is wat het is". Vreemde onprofessionele houding. Mijn interesse inmiddels verlegd naar een ander bedrijfspand en uiteraard niet bij deze makelaar.

Fijn makelaarskantoor, vanaf het eerste contact met de binnendienst tot de begeleiding van de overdracht door de makelaar erg goed bijgestaan. In alles een kantoor met een Rotterdamse mentaliteit!

Ik had interesse in een bedrijfspand wat van Herk te huur aanbied. De eerste keer vroegen ze een KVK en zouden ze de dag erna terug bellen, maar elke dag kreeg ik de belofte dat ze terug zouden bellen waarna ik zelf maar weer belde. Na 4 dagen bellen, kreeg ik contact met de juiste persoon en moesten jaarcijfers ingediend worden. Ik vroeg of ik binnen afzienbare termijn een reactie kon verwachten aangezien ik ook een ander pand aangeboden gekregen had, maar deze vond ik minder als de door van Herk aangeboden pand. Ik zou binnen 2 dagen terug gebeld worden. Ik heb een week elke dag gebeld, omdat er dagelijks beloofd werd dat ik terug zou worden gebeld. Na een week kreeg ik de juiste persoon aan de telefoon en ik kon komen bezichtigen. Tijdens de bezichtiging aangegeven dat het pand prima was voor mij, maar dat ik wel een spoedig antwoord zou willen omdat de eigenaar van het andere pand niet veel langer kon wachten. Hij ging zijn best doen en 2 weken later werd ik gebeld met de mededeling dat de keuze op iemand anders was gevallen. Uiteindelijk het andere pand dus ook misgelopen en dus een maand lang aan het lijntje gehouden en vele terugbel afspraken die niet nagekomen zijn. Dit is bijna een maand geleden en het pand staat nog steeds te huur.

Fijne makelaars, echt op z'n Rotterdams snel en zonder gedoe.

Na een minder prettige ervaring bij een andere partij ben ik bij Rotsvast Rotterdam terechtgekomen. Wat een verschil in professionaliteit en betrokkenheid. Waar ik eerder het gevoel had er alleen voor te staan zodra het lastig werd, merk je hier juist dat ervaring en structuur problemen vóór zijn. Er wordt zorgvuldig gescreend, duidelijk gecommuniceerd en afspraken worden nagekomen. Eva houdt alles strak in de gaten en koppelt snel terug. Dat geeft vertrouwen. Voor mij staat vast dat ik mijn verhuur in Rotterdam bij Rotsvast onderbreng.

Via Rotsvast Rotterdam hebben wij een woning gevonden en vanaf het eerste contact voelde het professioneel én persoonlijk. De communicatie verliep snel en duidelijk, vragen werden serieus genomen en het hele traject – van bezichtiging tot sleuteloverdracht – was goed georganiseerd. Wat voor ons het verschil maakte, was dat er echt naar onze situatie werd gekeken. Je bent geen nummer. Dat gaf vertrouwen in een toch spannende periode. Een hele prettige ervaring.

VERTROUW DIT MAKELAARSKANTOOR NIET, Rotsvast Rotterdam verwijdert ACTIEF slechte recensies. Mijn vriend heeft twee keer een 1-sterrenrecensie achtergelaten vanwege hun vreselijke service, met name die van de volstrekt nutteloze verhuurmakelaar Daan van Ersel. Beide keren werd de recensie verwijderd. Ik heb ook gezien dat veel andere recensies zijn verwijderd. Vertrouw dit makelaarskantoor niet, ze hebben een ronduit slechte service en ze nemen je letterlijk mee naar appartementen, beloven dat je er meteen in kunt trekken en laten je vervolgens maandenlang niets meer van zich horen.

Onze ervaring met Rotsvast Rotterdam is echt heel positief geweest. Vanaf het eerste contact met Michiel werd er snel en duidelijk gecommuniceerd en wisten we precies waar we aan toe waren. Het hele traject – van bezichtiging tot contract – was strak geregeld. Je merkt dat er ervaring en structuur achter zit, maar ook oprechte betrokkenheid. Dat geeft vertrouwen 🙌

Een zeer teleurstellende en onprofessionele ervaring met Rotsvast Rotterdam. We waren uitgenodigd voor een bezichtiging, maar diezelfde ochtend werden alle treinen naar Rotterdam vanuit mijn regio geannuleerd. Ik heb het makelaarskantoor direct per e-mail en telefoon op de hoogte gebracht. De medewerker van de administratie was erg vriendelijk en verzekerde ons dat de bezichtiging opnieuw zou worden ingepland en dat iemand later die dag contact met ons zou opnemen. Niemand heeft ooit contact met ons opgenomen. We hebben meerdere e-mails gestuurd, meerdere keren gebeld, maar werden twee weken lang genegeerd. We zijn naar een ander Rotsvast-kantoor in onze stad gegaan om te vragen of zij ons konden helpen contact op te nemen met de vestiging in Rotterdam. Kort daarna belde de makelaar ons eindelijk terug. Hij gaf toe dat iemand onze zaak had moeten behandelen en dat hij niet wist dat niemand contact met ons had opgenomen. Hij zei dat hij al iemand had gevraagd om ons te mailen en alles te regelen... wat wederom nooit is gebeurd. Het appartement is inmiddels verhuurd. Totale tijdverspilling, zeer slechte communicatie en geen respect voor potentiële huurders.

Wat ik sterk vind aan Rotsvast Rotterdam is dat ze snel schakelen wanneer dat nodig is. Eva koppelt altijd duidelijk terug en zorgt dat zowel huurder als verhuurder goed geïnformeerd blijven. Geen onnodig gedoe, gewoon professioneel geregeld 👌 …

Al vele jaren laat ik mijn woning in Rotterdam via Rotsvast verhuren en beheren, terwijl ik zelf grotendeels in het buitenland verblijf. Die samenwerking is altijd tot volle tevredenheid verlopen. Afspraken zijn helder, communicatie is snel en zonder omwegen, en wanneer er iets speelt wordt er direct meegedacht in oplossingen. Michiel combineert ervaring met een nuchtere, praktische aanpak waardoor zaken nooit onnodig ingewikkeld worden. Wat ik vooral waardeer is de rust die zij creëren; ik hoef nergens achteraan. Dat is voor een verhuurder goud waard. Voor mij simpelweg de juiste partij voor bemiddeling en beheer.

Hele fijne ervaringen met Rotsvast, en in het bijzonder met makelaar Michiel Kraaijeveld. Altijd een vriendelijke en behulpzame benadering. Het huren van ons huidige bedrijfspand is heel vlot geregeld en we zijn heel erg tevreden.

LET OP: Rotsvast Rotterdam had voorheen een andere locatie op Google Maps, met een beoordeling van ongeveer 2 sterren op basis van veel recensies. Het lijkt erop dat ze die locatie hebben verwijderd en deze hebben toegevoegd om van hun slechte recensies af te komen. Ik plaats mijn recensie hieronder graag opnieuw, in de hoop dat het anderen kan helpen die mogelijk met dit makelaarskantoor en met Daan van Ersel te maken krijgen. Een absoluut vreselijk makelaarskantoor, vooral de makelaar genaamd Daan van Ersel. Hij nodigde mij en mijn huisgenoten uit voor een bezichtiging van een appartement. Tijdens de bezichtiging leek alles in orde en we waren blij om door te gaan met de huur, nadat we hadden gecontroleerd of we alle drie op het adres konden inschrijven. Daan zei dat hij ons profiel naar de verhuurder zou sturen en snel contact met ons zou opnemen, maar dat we ons geen zorgen hoefden te maken en dat we hopelijk snel het contract zouden kunnen tekenen. Bijna een maand lang was de communicatie met Daan en Rotsvast na deze bezichtiging ongelooflijk moeilijk. Toen we na weken wachten om een ​​update vroegen, kregen we geen reactie op onze e-mails. Als ik het kantoor belde, werd me verteld dat ik teruggebeld zou worden, wat nooit gebeurde. Ik kon Daan alleen bereiken op zijn privénummer, wat altijd een beetje aanvoelde alsof ik hem overviel. Aan de telefoon vertelde hij me dat de verhuurder aarzelde om het appartement te verhuren en dat hij ons zou laten weten zodra hij nieuwe informatie had. Later (drie weken na de bezichtiging) stuurde hij een e-mail met dezelfde boodschap, met een screenshot als bijlage. Uiteindelijk waren we deze onzekerheid zat en besloten we zelf informatie over het appartement in te winnen. We zochten de Vereniging van Eigenaren van het appartementencomplex op via het Kadaster en stuurden een e-mail met de vraag naar de contactgegevens van de eigenaar. We konden een telefoongesprek met de verhuurder regelen en vroegen haar persoonlijk naar onze aanvraag voor het appartement. Ze had nog nooit van ons gehoord en had ook nooit een profiel of documenten van Daan ontvangen. Met andere woorden, deze man hield ons gewoon aan het lijntje zonder enige reden, waarschijnlijk om zijn kijkquota te halen of waar hij dan ook voor betaald wordt, want het kan onmogelijk zijn werk zijn. Bovendien klopte wat hij ons over de inschrijving had verteld niet, want wij drieën kwamen sowieso niet in aanmerking om ons in te schrijven voor het appartement. Het bleek ook dat de verhuurster zelf soortgelijke problemen had om contact met Daan te krijgen, zelfs als degene die hem had ingeschakeld. Uiteindelijk vonden we een appartement via een ander makelaarskantoor, en gelukkig maar, want na deze ervaring kan ik me niet eens voorstellen hoe veel erger het zou zijn geweest om daadwerkelijk via Rotsvast te huren. Als je contact hebt met het makelaarskantoor en de naam "Daan" ziet of hoort, doe jezelf dan een plezier en ga niet verder met ze in zee om je tijd niet te verspillen.

Heel tevreden met Rotsvast en met name Daan die ons heel veel heeft geholpen om de perfecte match te vinden. Het is niet makkelijk om alles op een rijtje te krijgen en zijn vakkundige kennis en gevoel voor mensen maakte het voor ons een hele fijne samenwerking. Zeker aan te raden!
