Very positive experience with Rdam Makelaars. Pleasant communication and I could always return to them with all my questions. After a long search, I finally found a home.

Unfortunately a less positive experience with Rdam Makelaars. Called to schedule a viewing but the phone was not answered multiple times. Afterwards, an email was sent requesting to schedule a viewing, a response was received with options and we responded to that. Unfortunately, no confirmation or further response was ever received, and they were unreachable by phone again.

We bought a house, where they were the selling real estate agent. Very friendly people and very helpful. If we ever sell our house, we will think of them. After the purchase of the house, Kevin and Kim neatly handled a number of small matters for us.

Total waste of time. Also, those 20 people are scheduled close together, because in 10 minutes we have the viewer in front of us and the one after us, so real consideration for corona is also not included.

We had a very negative experience a few years ago with the sale of our house. I described my experience here, but for some reason it's no longer there. Everything, from offering the house for sale to the appraisal, viewings and the final transfer, was terrible. Not recommended at all. I was poorly helped. My house was not inhabited at the time of sale and unknown real estate agents left the lights on at night. They also heated excessively. I ended up in a house that is incredibly noisy, while I was trying to escape the noise from my upstairs neighbor. It's my own fault, but in any case, I've certainly filled the club's coffers. The real estate agent no longer responds to my request for help.

Unfortunately, we have had a less good experience with Baljon Makelaars. It was stated during the sale that the apartment came with a storage space, but this did not hold up legally. As a result, we as buyers were inadequately informed. Despite multiple attempts at discussion, there remains ambiguity about the handling of the matter. We had expected a more careful information provision from an NVM agent.

Onze woning in Amsterdam is via PCW Housing verhuurd aan expats en dat is heel soepel verlopen. Er werd snel geschakeld, duidelijk gecommuniceerd en goed meegedacht over de juiste huurders. De bezichtigingen waren strak geregeld en de uiteindelijke selectie voelde gewoon goed. Fijn om met een verhuurmakelaar te werken die doet wat hij belooft.

Voor de meneer die het onderzoek deed geef ik 100sterren, meer dan perfect. Voor de receptioniste is zelfs die ene ster nog te veel. Geen vriendelijk woord voor over. Ze is te belazerd om voor een allochtone oudere dame even de achterkant van het formulier in te vullen terwijl er geen wachtrij stond. In het gesprek met mij was de vriendelijkheid ook totaal niet aanwezig, het was meer snauwen dan praten en wilde het probleem niet oplossen, terwijl zij dat wel kon. Totaal verkeerd persoon met nul procent inlevingsvermogen op deze plek en ik hoop dan ook dat daar actie op wordt ondernomen. Voor de cliënten is het al een bedrukt bezoek en dan is er zo'n receptioniste welke de oorzaak kan zijn dat cliënten uit onrust of frustratie niet meer deelnemen aan dit belangrijke onderzoek.

1 ster is nog teveel voor een laborante die haar werk niet verstaat, veel geruk, getrek en eindelijk na 3 foto's gaat ze een collega halen voor de 4de en moest er nog 1 overnieuw. Gaarne f.gesprek en cursus voor deze vrouw. Hoeveel mensen heeft ze deze ellende al bezorgd?

Ik had in het verleden al eerder mammo's gehad en zag er best tegen op. Ook de reviews die ik hier las maakte het er niet veel beter op. Maar er was een warm ontvangst bij de receptie. Het onderzoek werd gedaan door een lieve begripvolle dame. Natuurlijk blijft een mammografie ongemakkelijk voelen maar ik had niet beter kunnen wensen. Dank jullie wel.
