I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agency. I was looking for a space and finally found something through them. From the beginning, they asked for all sorts of documents, which I neatly and on time delivered. Every time, I was told that everything was in order and that it looked good, which gave me hope that it would come through. After multiple contacts (every x I had to follow up myself) and promises that it would work out, I eventually heard after 2 months that it wasn't going to proceed. I would have liked more honest and clear communication from the start, instead of constantly getting false hope. Very sorry and frustrating. And in the meantime, I'm a few thousand euros poorer because of this party.

If you call to have 5 homes put up for sale within walking distance of their office, you won't get anywhere with this 'driven' agency beyond someone who clearly doesn't want to do it. As a starter on the housing market, after searching for a long time, I finally found an apartment that was still available and where I could schedule a viewing.
