12 Jun 2024Old-fashioned realtor who was perhaps relevant in the past but is no longer so in the current market. Has no strategy other than posting on funda and seeing what comes of it. Communication also leaves much to be desired; the first time he informed us that the photographer would come Thursday morning (this is too short a notice, we work full-time) and then got angry when we wanted to change it. This also happened with viewer visits, visit from the appraiser, eventual buyer etc. The final inspection he wasn't even present at because he had forgotten to schedule it. We coordinated directly with the buyers to carry out the final inspection ourselves. Purchase contract was also only on paper and no digital copy available unless you scan it yourself.

12 May 2024Hopeless real estate agent, don't enter into an agreement with him and have it sold by a REAL agent! This man pulls strange antics. You’ve agreed to a purchase via app. A day later you go to sign and the day before signing you are told that the sale is not going through and it has been sold to someone else! How?!???? Don't take this man with you as a buyer's agent either, this isn't right! Just for fun, check his website 😂 This dates from the Stone Age! I would be mortified if this were my business card! I call to ask if a house is available? Yes it was, fine and when can I come? Email me and we’ll make an appointment! Great, I've been sending emails for two days and get no response at all! If you are busy, just let me know and that’s fine. I’m calling until I go crazy, no response! This man probably earns enough to adopt this attitude!? It’s beyond belief… So don't enter into an agreement with him! A turtle with a broken knee is faster than this “agent”. And the best man sells houses to others while you have verbally/via app agreed that the purchase is fixed.

12 Apr 2024Criminal bad realtor. Piet Hein Ormeling does not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages, communicates poorly, deliberately conceals essential defects of a property, and is enormously rude and unkind. I don't understand how realtors like this even exist.

12 Apr 2021Don't do business with this realtor! Firstly, he was late for the viewing. Secondly, it was very difficult to reach this realtor by phone or email. He simply ignores your voicemails and emails. Furthermore, he wasn't transparent about the bidding process either. Subsequently, I placed a bid on the viewed house. There was no feedback whatsoever. Waited over two weeks and called in between, but then there was a vague story that contacting the seller was difficult. Ultimately, I heard that the offer had been rejected and that there was also no room for negotiation anymore because they had already agreed to another offer. Very strange, because we had more than 2 weeks to negotiate, but we never got that chance. Again, think twice before doing business with this realtor. He won't help you forward, he will only obstruct you.

A few weeks ago we received a phone call saying they had lost our data and then they sent it via email. I responded asking why they needed it again. No response received. That's strange. We called them, and they claimed to have found our data. Then you just let someone know, don't you? Not so.... Poor service.

He did good preliminary research in our case, knows the neighborhood and surroundings, and discussed his ideas and proposals well with us. He is skilled at conducting viewings and all of this has resulted in a very quick sale, while maintaining a very nice price. I therefore cannot recognize myself in reviews from years ago. 02 May 2024Yesterday I received a message from an acquaintance of mine that he had received a phone call from Bol real estate agents from Oosterhout. They had looked up my name on the internet and came to him. Whether he wanted to give my phone number because Bol real estate agents had a property in mind..? The acquaintance didn't trust it and, of course, did not pass on my phone number but contacted me about the strange and intrusive phone call he had received. Apparently, they have never heard of privacy laws at this brokerage. So I contacted Bol real estate agents myself. They were contacting me regarding a negative review from 6 years(!) ago.. They no longer had my number and were now trying to find out my phone number via the internet and my circle of acquaintances, under false pretenses (we have a property in mind). They wanted to talk and hoped to convince me to change my review with a bottle of wine... They are trying to 'resolve' a lot of hassle with legal assistance and a sloppy €1000 in extra costs, 6 years later by bothering my circle of acquaintances and sweet-talking me into a conversation and a bottle of wine... No, even after changing ownership, Bol real estate agents remains a very strange and unprofessional company. I hope that now, after 6 years, I am finally done with the practices of this 'special' realtor. If Bol real estate agents then dares to come up with a response to this review saying: 'It was certainly not our intention to reach someone from your circle of acquaintances on the phone.' then they are blatantly lying! Bol real estate agents consciously contacted this particular acquaintance of mine to ask for my phone number! Worthless reaction!

02 May 2024Very bad experience WITH PREVIOUS OWNER ARJEN VAN GORSEL. The broker completely loses it if things don't go according to his plan. He has not been the owner/employee since 2021. In the meantime, I have been approached very nicely by the new owner and staff. They seem to be taking a totally different path and appear very nice. It’s good that it is resolved.

21 Mar 2025After searching for a home on my own for about half a year, I decided to work with a buyer's agent. I then chose to have a meeting with 2 agents that I had met during the half year, and with Hendrik from ERA Focus who was recommended by my niece. Besides the fact that the conversation with Hendrik felt far the best and I practically already made my choice, it also turned out that of the 3 he was the most advantageous. From the moment I started working with Hendrik, I have been able to view all the houses I wanted to see, and Hendrik has also been present at most viewings. Going with Hendrik I found very pleasant because he asks questions that I would never come up with myself. If you then want to make an offer, Hendrik remains close to reality, and honestly indicates what the maximum bid should be and the chances of success. If he could not be present but I indicated that I wanted to make an offer, he still went to look himself or if I was too late calling for a viewing, Hendrik always managed to find an entrance to still be able to view. When entering into the collaboration, Hendrik promised that I would have a house within 1 year, this became less than 6 months. I do not regret taking a broker in my arms for a second, and I can't imagine a better partner in crime than Hendrik. I would always recommend him!

13 Feb 2025The only thing that seemed important was getting a signature under the purchase agreement quickly. During viewings, there was little knowledge about the house and when there were doubts about defects, we simply had to take the risk. Not a pleasant experience with this party.

09 May 2025Francis, Cilesta and the rest of the Nolten team really helped us excellently, both as a buyer's agent and as a seller's agent. As far as we are concerned, a real estate agency with a heart in the right place. No smooth talk but an honest story. When buying our dream house, Francis removed a lot of worries and unrest from us. In our case, we already had the house in mind ourselves, but because of the good connection at the beginning stage of selling, we also enlisted Francis for the purchase. We have not regretted that. Very pleasant collaboration, and after good preparation, we bid with confidence. Successfully! Francis is skilled, sincere, respectful to others and has a nice dose of humor. In the subsequent sale of our old house, the rest of the Nolten team came into the picture. Here we had a lot to do with Cilesta. She also brought a lot of peace, came up with good advice, arranged everything down to the last detail, that was really pleasant collaboration. The beautiful photo, video and 360-degree presentation of the house was taken care of by Yaron. We sold our house quickly and successfully. The only disadvantage I can think of is that their personal attention has to be divided among multiple clients due to the small team. They are always busy. That sometimes requires a little patience in communication. But despite that, we would choose Nolten again without hesitation. In short: recommended as far as we are concerned!
