Pappie wil gewoon niet dat je een woning koopt voor teveel geld. Dat vond ik top. Want uiteindelijk is het voor een makkelaar ook makkelijk om er snel vanaf te zijn voor een zo hoog mogelijk bedrag. Maar zo zit Pappie er helemaal niet in. Ze zijn betrokken en willen dat jij fijn komt te wonen.

Kan niets anders dan een dikke 10 geven. Pappie en van der Zee hebben mij ontzettend goed geholpen, mijn huis is binnen no-time en voor een zeer mooie prijs verkocht. Ze weten echt waar ze het over hebben, ze zetten zichzelf helemaal in, ze gaan above en beyond, en ik kan niets anders zeggen dan: top makelaars. Dat het hele team uit vrouwen bestaat maakt het helemaal perfect. Absolute aanrader!

We were incredibly lucky to have Sjoerd as our real estate agent. Before we hired him, we had a bad experience with another agent, so we know all too well how choosing the wrong person can affect your apartment search. From the first conversation, we were enormously charmed by his calmness, politeness, and attention to detail. We felt from the start that we were in good hands, which was a huge relief - buying an apartment is incredibly stressful, you want as much help as possible; doubts about your agent can only make things worse.
