Wij hebben onze woning verkocht via Floor Real Estate en zijn ontzettend tevreden over het hele traject. Vanaf het eerste gesprek was de communicatie duidelijk, eerlijk en professioneel. Er werd goed meegedacht over de strategie, presentatie en prijsstelling. De begeleiding tijdens de bezichtigingen en onderhandelingen was sterk en transparant, waardoor wij met een goed gevoel hebben verkocht. Alles werd tot in detail geregeld, tot en met de overdracht bij de notaris. Wij zouden Floor Real Estate absoluut aanraden aan iedereen die zijn woning zorgeloos en succesvol wil verkopen!

De verhuur van onze woning Floor Real Estate heeft ons fantastisch geholpen bij het verhuren van onze woning. Binnen korte tijd hadden zij geschikte kandidaten voorgesteld die perfect aansloten bij onze wensen. De screening van huurders was zorgvuldig en professioneel, en wij werden tijdens het hele proces goed op de hoogte gehouden. Ook de contracten en administratieve afhandeling werden volledig uit handen genomen. Dankzij Floor Real Estate is onze woning snel en betrouwbaar verhuurd. Een prettige, betrokken en deskundige partij om mee samen te werken!

A well-known person asked me to evaluate a rental agreement from Floortje Schouten (Floor Real Estate). A name that suggests it's a heavy-weight; but what a mess. Wrong references, references to penalty clause articles that don't exist, referring to things that also have nothing to do with a regular house, duplicates in articles, articles that stop halfway, and suddenly continue two pages and two article numbers further. It looks like the purest cut-and-paste job... I'm not a lawyer, but have seen many contracts in my business life. This is by far the sloppiest, least professional one. And also: unclearness about the energy bill (no own meter, yet a so-called independent house..., unclearness about the used deposit amount). With a correct reaction on 'can we see the annual statement to verify whether that amount is realistic?') you don't have to worry about it, but if it's avoided. And that happened. 'This person is clearly legally trained. Customer, don't do business with them, it leads to trouble.' No self-reflection, very shameful; and even worse: not wanting to do business with someone who just signs a good contract; worrying. And that for an NVM real estate agent...

I had a viewing scheduled for an apartment, but to my great disappointment, this appointment was canceled only two hours beforehand. This is not how one should treat customers. My partner had to travel especially far and was already on the way, and I had to completely rearrange my work schedule to attend this appointment. I find it very unprofessional to cancel an appointment with such short notice. This demonstrates a lack of respect for your customers' time and effort. I hope that you will handle scheduling and canceling appointments more carefully in the future.

Worst realtor ever, I bought a super nice house where I am very happy, but what terrible communication with this realtor. We had initially reached an agreement that was suddenly rejected out of nowhere with a super crazy story. The viewing already went strange, a lovely lady who works at the office did this and knew nothing about the property. Still, I was able to buy the property because I kept insisting, but it cost me many emails and phone calls. After purchase, there was also difficult communication with the realtor, everything went through the ladies from the office. Even the day of purchase went weird, the lady said with the handover, yes sorry, I don't know this building. After transfer, we were able to pick up the keys at the office where they handed us the keys as if we had bought a loaf of bread, no coffee, no flowers, nothing. I sold my old house through a realtor where that went very differently, I have a warm feeling about it, but not with Gijs Jansen. I hope never to deal with this realtor again, what an unpleasant feeling to buy a house like that. It's just that I really wanted it, but how terribly unprofessional.

Altijd weer heerlijk eten, goede service, top wijnen, sfeervolle inrichting en fijne tafels waarbij je niet te dicht op je buurman zit.

Gezellig restaurant met heerlijk eten. We hadden aangegeven dat we onze hond mee zouden nemen en dat deze in een wandelwagen zou zitten. Hier is rekening mee gehouden bij het toewijzen van een tafel. Er werd zelfs een schaaltje water aangeboden. Het eten was lekker en de bediening was vriendelijk. Hier eten is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Excellent service and reception. Very polite and correct, certainly compared to others they still know how it should be here. The food was served quickly and met expectations, although it was a bit simple. The Christmas decorations and interior were excellent, although I found that the large speakers and fireplace on the TV there somewhat detract from it.

Bloody Mary als aperitief. Vodka met ijs + flesje tomatensap wsaus en tabasco gekregen. Dus begin er maar aan. Voor de steaks komen ze vragen hoe die moet gebakken zijn, om dan af te komen met de mededeling " zijn allemaal zelfde gebakken". …

The hamsdorff salad that I have been having for years is getting more expensive and the portions are smaller. The entrecote was a bit tough.

Fine atmosphere and delicious food

A group of school friends (8) had a wonderful meal. The staff was hospitable and friendly. We were served the sauce for the entrecôte separately as we asked. The vegetarian dishes were also delicious. We have already decided that we will come back to you for our next girls' outing!

We were promised over the phone that a (dream-)house was still for sale and that we would be called back to schedule a viewing appointment. When that didn't happen and we called again ourselves, we were told that we would indeed still be called but that it was vacation time and everything would take longer. A week later, we called again, and then Mrs. realtor suddenly said that a preliminary purchase agreement would be signed and that a viewing would therefore not take place...

In de afgelopen 25 jaar al verschillende malen met plezier en succes met Bert gewerkt. Afgelopen zomer heeft hij mijn huis in Blaricum verkocht. Snel en professioneel. Adviezen zijn deskundig, afspraken worden nagekomen, goed bereikbaar. Nuchtere, betrouwbare makelaar. Zou hem morgen weer inschakelen.

Wij zijn onwijs goed geholpen door Bert bij de verkoop van twee woningen en de aankoop van een woning. Bert is super kundig en heeft ons van goed advies voorzien qua renovatie aan de aangekochte woning en qua biedingen. Wij raden Hagedoorn makelaars aan aan iedereen!

Prima ervaring met deze makelaar. Heeft aandacht voor je wensen, vriendelijk en duidelijk. Houd je goed op de hoogte en wanneer je vragen hebt, altijd vrijwel direct contact.

Bij meerdere verkopen en aankopen over een periode van bijna 30 jaar werd betrouwbaare en deskundige service geleverd.

I will not recommend this realtor. He didn't put my house on funda, no photos were taken, and when I sold my house myself and said I wanted to pay him the fee of 750 euros, he threatened a lawsuit but suggested that he would still like to draw up an agreement. Paid 10k for that. Not honest and indeed looking for financial gain. Don't do it!

There are plenty of good alternatives in the region to choose from!
