In short: just don't do it! Explanation can be found below. ________________________________________ From A to Z, this process has been very unprofessional. The real estate agent we appointed for the sale, Skender, went on vacation immediately after accepting the offer, without any notification. Afterwards, we were left with his replacement, Remco, and that was a terrible experience all around. Here's a list: 1. Remco never answered when you called and didn't respond to messages -- even the notary mentioned during the sale that Remco is known for being unavailable. 2. Remco also didn't introduce himself after taking over from Skender. He didn't say anything and offered no information about the viewings he had planned. 3. Remco provided false information during the viewings, which has also negatively impacted the selling price of our house. 4. Remco was very rude all around. 5. Remco sold items with the house that were not for sale. 6. When Remco was confronted about this, he said: 'I'm not going to negotiate over a few items.' Ultimately, due to his attitude and unwillingness to advocate for our interests, we were unable to keep our belongings. 7. Remco made agreements with the purchasing party regarding the terms of the sale that were not discussed with us. When the notary tried to call him about this, he -of course- didn't answer either. And so on. When we contacted Skender about the substandard service provided, Skender was very indignant that we were dissatisfied. He did not acknowledge our frustrations and we also experienced no improvement or received any apologies. All in all, there was a huge lack of transparency, accessibility and customer focus. It is absolutely not recommended to work with either of these two men. They are both completely incompetent and unprofessional real estate agents.

Quite dissatisfied with Sterk! Brokers. There were amounts in our agreement that were never verbally or in writing agreed upon. Spelling mistakes and other sloppiness in the documents. Be sure to check everything carefully!

Bloody Mary as aperitif. Vodka with ice + bottle of tomato juice was and tabasco received. So start with that. When the steaks come they ask how they should be cooked, only to be told 'they're all cooked the same way'. Mayonnaise from a small tub. Sauce watery and tasteless. Not worth repeating!

A group of school friends (8) had a wonderful meal. The staff was hospitable and friendly. We were served the sauce for the entrecôte separately as we asked. The vegetarian dishes were also delicious. We have already decided that we will come back to you for our next girls' outing!

Understand the art of hospitality. This afternoon after a festival, completely unexpectedly and not entirely neatly dressed, we reserved a table at Hamdorff. Friendly welcome, they had a nice spot by the window. The drinks arrived quickly and a carafe of water appeared spontaneously. We were put at our ease. We couldn't quite decide and ordered the sweet potato fries, curry soup, and a sandwich with poached egg and avocado. I added at the end: we would like to share this, can you do something about cutlery and plates? And then the dishes arrived on two separate plates, divided into equal portions, absolutely great! That is hospitality now. It made us completely happy. And the food was also fine.

Worst realtor ever, I bought a super nice house where I am very happy, but what terrible communication with this realtor. We had initially reached an agreement that was suddenly rejected out of nowhere with a super crazy story. The viewing already went strange, a lovely lady who works at the office did this and knew nothing about the property. Still, I was able to buy the property because I kept insisting, but it cost me many emails and phone calls. After purchase, there was also difficult communication with the realtor, everything went through the ladies from the office. Even the day of purchase went weird, the lady said with the handover, yes sorry, I don't know this building. After transfer, we were able to pick up the keys at the office where they handed us the keys as if we had bought a loaf of bread, no coffee, no flowers, nothing. I sold my old house through a realtor where that went very differently, I have a warm feeling about it, but not with Gijs Jansen. I hope never to deal with this realtor again, what an unpleasant feeling to buy a house like that. It's just that I really wanted it, but how terribly unprofessional.

He didn't put my house on funda, no photos were taken, and when I sold my house myself and said I wanted to pay him the fee of 750 euros, he threatened a lawsuit but suggested that he would still like to draw up an agreement. Paid 10k for that. Not honest and indeed looking for financial gain. Don't do it!
