Today I am extremely happy that I have received my key. It has been a long story. I got my brother's phone number. Then I called Amin Jarahi. I explained to him that I needed a house. I visited the house. It was really beautiful and I suggested to get in touch. He explained the whole process: two deposits, one month's rent and one month's commission fees. I agreed to pay but set one condition: I would pay the full amount, but I would receive the key immediately. Amin said he would send me a message later. The next morning I sent him another message. He told me that the owner did not agree to rent it out and had rejected my application. I was really shocked and explained everything to my colleague Farhia. I told her that I had seen an apartment, but that this man was a scammer because I hadn't made the deposit. She came from Iran. She had seen the photo of Amin and his company. Poor service. We had an appointment to view a house in The Hague at 9.30 am. We live far away and had to cycle for half an hour to be on time. When we arrived, there was no one there. My husband and I called, but got no answer. We also sent a message, but there was no response either. We waited for half an hour and then left. They never contacted us to offer their apologies for their absence. Maybe this is a good real estate agency if you want to buy or rent a house yourself, but as potential buyers left in the lurch, we were very disappointed and had never experienced anything like this before.
