Kapotte materialen, borg, probleemoplossend contact, vragen van de verhuurder, Ze schuiven alles rustig terug op je eigen bordje.

Vermijd deze mensen ten koste van alles, ze zijn onprofessioneel, onethisch en hebben een grote mond!

2 weeks ago I viewed a house that was put on the market by this real estate agent. During the viewing, the agent said there is a structural report available. I asked if I could get it, because it wasn't among the documents I had already received. He said he would email it to me. I received nothing. The next day, I got an email from the real estate office with some general questions about service. One of the questions was whether I had received a welcome bag. That wasn't the case. Also indicated that I was still waiting for the structural report. I sent in the questionnaire, but heard nothing more! During the viewing, I found the agent somewhat arrogant and uninterested. Not a good experience, so. As a seller, I would not be happy here either.
