Terrible way of working by employee Ilja which came across as very insistent and aggressive. This while we had taken her on as a purchasing agent. Nothing was done with our complaints at the party. By chance, we spoke to an acquaintance who had the same experience with this employee. Meanwhile, we have a lovely home in The Hague, without a purchasing agent. Anyway, I would not recommend this agency.
