Ze gaven uitstekend (en realistisch) advies bij elke stap, van begin tot eind – of het nu ging om waar we op moesten letten bij het bezichtigen van woningen, welke biedingen we moesten doen, of begeleiding tijdens het koopproces. Ze waren altijd stipt en reageerden snel op al onze vragen.

NKM Woonaccent responds quickly, and had the appraisal of our new home ready within a week. Super! Because we were a little short on time, they personally helped us to speed things up. The appraisal itself was also nicely in order, and appraised as expected.

Unfortunately, what a terrible experience. I would advise everyone to stay away. I ordered an appraisal report from Reinier Dusowa of NKM Woonaccent Makelaars / NKM van Gool for a rate review. I was a little worried about the other bad review on Google. In addition, the appraiser was 20 minutes late for the appointment, but OK. The real problem was the report I received: Reinier made mistakes throughout the entire report. Firstly, his measurement of the apartment was 2 square meters smaller than it actually was. Also, the roof terrace was reduced by 3 square meters. This significantly lowered the assessed value. Reinier did not provide drawings, he only said 'my equipment is calibrated, I don't know how other agents measured this apartment.' He refused to amend the report. He also didn’t properly assess the value of the roof terrace (49 square meters in the center of Utrecht). According to his own calculations, the assessed value of my apartment was lower than the ground floor apartment that was sold 6 months earlier. Yet Reinier's appraised value (November 2019) was so low that it was even lower than the WOZ value (January 2019)!!! While the general real estate price indicator in the Netherlands rose by 8.5%... Reinier didn’t want to contact me when I filed a complaint. If you mention too many reasons why he made a mistake, he will focus on those reasons he thinks he is right, but systematically ignores the points where he has no good arguments. The impact of Reinier's gross negligence was small, I was undergoing a rate review. But a first-time home buyer who buys their first house with Reinier as an appraiser... oh god! That could mean you don’t get the house. Be aware and choose wisely. Stay away from NKM Woonaccent Makelaars / NKM van Gool

Anneke and Reinier van NKM van Gool Makelaars were very helpful as real estate agents for us. They were always available when we contacted them and gave us very informative tips that helped us complete the purchase of our home. They speak good English and have a broad knowledge of the properties. Both are very friendly, approachable, well-informed, and want the best for you. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Have an appraisal carried out by an appraiser from this office (R.D. Dusoswa) for the financing of a new-build property. The appraiser came up with a value of 320k, while we suspected a value based on 2 global appraisals from 3/4 years ago of 350k. We corresponded extensively with the appraiser about this, but Mr. did not want to adjust his appraisal. The consequence was that we had to pay more interest for the bridging loan because the risk was now greater. Our property was recently sold and is now appraised at 375k. What an increase in value within 12 weeks, or was that appraiser from Van Gool completely wrong?

Been working for about a month to buy a house in Arnhem from Tulp Makelaars. The communication has been very difficult between our realtor and the selling realtor of the house. I am very disappointed. E-mails that were not seen. The realtor did not keep us informed that he was also in negotiation with another party. And I think that is mandatory.. Phone calls where you are not called back. And now we've lost the property to another bidder. I don't think this is how things usually go…
