IMMOSA REAL ESTATE - HOUSE NEVER PROPOSED AND MONEY NOT REFUNDED My personal experience is that I paid for the search service, I sent emails in which I clearly explained what I was looking for with a high budget of 1200 euros per month and I was willing to pay in advance (from February) to have the guarantee that I would find a suitable house for my daughter who is going to university in September. It is now May and they have not made any proposals, and in response to my request for reimbursement they said they would send it to me. A month has passed and even after several reminder emails, the money has still not been refunded. A terrible experience and an unprofessional seller. EVERYTHING I HAVE WRITTEN IS ACCOUNTABLE VIA EMAILS AND MESSAGES. REAL REVIEW

I was going to get a virtual tour of the property I was interested in. After paying the registration costs of € 25, they didn't even bother to call me for the tour and stopped responding to my messages. Edit: Because writing reviews is the only way to get them to answer emails, here’s my update. They are very unprofessional, do not respect customers’ time, and refuse to refund my money after they did not provide any service at all and didn't show up for the virtual tour that THEY had planned. You would also expect them to at least inform you about available properties after a month, but nothing.

Don't trust them. They tried to make us believe that a house on Rechtstraat was suitable for students. We paid €25 for an online viewing, during which a man who didn't seem prepared gave us incorrect information about the offer. Ultimately, the house went to a 'working couple'. When we asked about the reason for this choice, they replied that the landlord preferred employees over students. This was never made clear to us before the online viewing. After everything that had happened, they even tried to sell us their search service, which of course we refused. Serious organizations don't even ask for payment BEFORE a deal is closed, but they are not serious, so here we are. I request Immosa to not respond at all as you did with other previous reviews where you said that 'you're only angry because you weren't chosen for the apartment', because that is NOT the reason for this review. You have not acted correctly towards us and fully deserve this low rating from me. Goodbye EDIT: After my review, they invited me to request the €25 back. I contacted them by email and they THREATENED me to remove the review, and then I would get my money back. At this point, I'm out of words, you be the judge as to whether they really take it that seriously as they want you to believe.

Temporarily having to rent a property (as a temporary solution) through mediation by Immosa. Extremely good experience with this real estate agent and highly recommended for anyone who wants to sell or rent out their home. A more than excellent party both towards the tenant and landlord. They keep their appointments, are very accessible, and communication is pleasant during contact moments. Furthermore, they have extensive experience in what's happening in the market. Especially regarding the selection process (in terms of searching for new tenants), this real estate agent demonstrates a lot of experience and can separate the wheat from the chaff and select the right tenants. Something that certainly gives a landlord a sense of peace. A solid 10+ for Immosa, therefore! Hats off!

He responded very quickly to emails, which I absolutely did not experience with other real estate agents. My experience with Immosa Makelaardij was unfortunately not good. For example, I still haven't received the deposit after 2 months and had to pay a registration fee of 25 euros for just a viewing. Edit: It is disappointing that you choose to make unnecessary personal attacks instead of responding to my review in a professional manner.

A request to view an apartment was quickly responded to and we received an appointment for the viewing for the following days. The apartment was shown via a video call through WhatsApp.
