Tijdens mijn stage bij Immosa Makelaardij heb ik een erg leerzame en waardevolle ervaring opgedaan. Ik kreeg ik kans om van dichtbij te zien hoe de makelaardij in de praktijk werkt. Ik was onder de indruk van hoe persoonlijk en zorgvuldig er met elke klant werd omgegaan. Of het nu ging om het zoeken naar een geschikte woning of het begeleiden tijdens het aankoopproces. Er werd altijd meegedacht en op maat gewerkt. Dankzij deze stage heb ik niet alleen veel geleerd over het vakgebied, maar ook hoe belangrijk goede communicatie en klantrelaties zijn in de makelaardij. Als ik zelf een woning nodig heb ga ik zeker hier naartoe!

Immosa was ongelooflijk behulpzaam, begripvol en openhartig gedurende het hele proces. De communicatie was helder en professioneel, en tegelijkertijd altijd vriendelijk en respectvol. Ik voelde me erg goed verzorgd en zou een samenwerking met hen absoluut aanbevelen. Een geweldige ervaring!

IMMOSA MAKELAARDIJ - HUIS NOOIT VOORGESTELD EN GELD NIET TERUGGESTORT Mijn persoonlijke ervaring is dat ik heb betaald voor de zoekservice, ik heb e-mails gestuurd waarin ik duidelijk uitlegde wat ik zocht met een hoog budget van 1200 euro per maand en ik was bereid om vooruit te betalen (vanaf februari) om de garantie te hebben dat ik een geschikt huis zou vinden voor mijn dochter die in september naar de universiteit gaat. Het is nu mei en ze hebben geen voorstellen gedaan, en in reactie op mijn verzoek om terugbetaling zeiden ze dat ze het naar me zouden sturen. Een maand is verstreken en zelfs na verschillende herinneringsmails is het geld nog steeds niet terugbetaald. Een vreselijke ervaring en een onprofessionele verkoper. ALLES WAT IK HEB GESCHREVEN, IS AANSPRAKELIJK VIA E-MAILS EN BERICHTEN. ECHTE BEOORDELING

Onze ervaring met Immossa was helaas niet positief. De medewerkers kwamen onvriendelijk en gehaast over, alsof elke vraag te veel was. Er was weinig moeite om mee te denken of uitleg te geven, en we voelden ons eerder tot last dan geholpen. Voor ons geen fijne kennismaking, en we hebben uiteindelijk gekozen om verder te zoeken via een andere makelaar.

They are very professional. They adapted to the needs that my friend and I had and in fact the apartment they gave us exceeded everything we had in mind. I was going to receive a virtual tour of the place I was interested in. After paying the registration fee of €25, they didn't even bother to call me for the tour and stopped responding to my messages. Edit: since writing reviews is the only way to get them to respond to emails, here’s my update. They are very unprofessional, they don't respect customers' time and refuse to refund my money after providing me with 0 service and not showing up for the virtual tour that THEY planned. You would also think they would at least tell you about available homes after 1 month, but nada.

Don't trust them. They tried to make us believe that a house on Rechtstraat was suitable for students, we paid 25 € for registration for an online viewing where a man who didn't seem prepared gave us incorrect information about the offer, and ultimately the house went to a “working couple”. When asked about the reason for this choice, they replied that the landlord preferred employees over students. This was never indicated to us before the online viewing. After everything that had happened, they even tried to sell us their search service, which we of course refused. Serious organizations don't even ask for payments BEFORE they close a deal, but they are not serious, so here we are. I invite Immosa to not respond as you did in other previous reviews where you said that “you’re only angry because you weren’t chosen for the apartment” because that is NOT the reason for this review. You acted wrongly towards us and fully deserve this low rating from me. Goodbye EDIT: after my review, they invited me to request the 25 € back. I contacted them via email and they threatened to delete the review after which I would get my money back. At this point I don't even have words for it, judge for yourself whether they are really as serious as they want you to believe.

Francois made the whole process easy and stress-free, even though I couldn't initially visit Maastricht and had to do everything remotely. Temporarily having to rent a property (as a temporary solution) through mediation by Immosa. Extremely good experience with this real estate agent and highly recommended for anyone who wants to sell or rent out their home. A more than excellent party both towards the tenant and landlord. They keep their appointments, are very accessible, and communication is pleasant during contact moments. Furthermore, they have extensive experience in what's happening in the market. Especially regarding the selection process (in terms of searching for new tenants), this real estate agent demonstrates a lot of experience and can separate the wheat from the chaff and select the right tenants. Something that certainly gives a landlord a sense of peace. A solid 10+ for Immosa, therefore! Hats off!

I wholeheartedly recommend Immosa! After a long and difficult search for a home from abroad, Francois helped me rent a beautiful apartment. He responded very quickly to emails, which I did not experience with other real estate agents. He showed me the apartment via WhatsApp and shortly after that I was able to sign the rental agreement. He was very professional and organized, and I greatly appreciated the detailed photos and report of the condition of the apartment and the meters when I moved in. He also did his best to help me move a little earlier. Excellent service in a difficult housing market!

My experience with Immosa Makelaardij was unfortunately not good. For example, I still haven't received the deposit after 2 months and had to pay a registration fee of 25 euros for just a viewing. Edit: It is disappointing that you choose to make unnecessary personal attacks instead of responding to my review in a professional manner.

The viewing request was quickly answered and we received an appointment for the coming days. The apartment was shown in a video call via WhatsApp.

Do not go to this so-called broker! Poor communication and does not meet deadlines!
