Very strange way of doing business. Have you had a viewing? Everything can be arranged 'as soon as possible', we were told. Then you hear nothing more from them. We had to contact them multiple times ourselves, and always coincidentally spoke with the landlord. They promise to send an email or call back. I'm still waiting after 1 month. They promise a lot but deliver nothing! Not impressed with this real estate agent.

Called on a Friday for a viewing, the following Tuesday the viewing took place, an offer was made on Wednesday and 2 months later I had the key. Quick, honest and professional. Very satisfied with Frank as the selling real estate agent and the support from the ladies in the office. If I read the negative reviews I cannot relate to them. I was helped quickly and politely without unnecessary details, that's what I like!
