In eerste instantie haakte wij af tot er een telefoontje van hem kwam , er was hem een leuk appartement aangeboden ga daar eens kijken dat is immers gratis was zijn voorstel. En ja hoor wij zagen het helemaal zitten wel moest ons huis in de verkoop. Door omstandigheden nam makelaar Jelle van Wanrooy ook van van Overbeek makelaars het hier over van Edwin.
