Prima kontakt met Mike, goed advies over de go to market prijs, de verwachte belangstelling en verkoopprijs.

In algemene zin tevreden over deze makelaar: deskundig, goede marktkennis en oplossingsgericht meedenken in onze redelijk complexe situatie (woning uit een erfenis). De makelaar mag wel wat sneller reageren en consequent(er) bezichtigingen terugkoppelen.

Tot twee keer toe een dag van te voren een bezichtigingsafspraak geannuleerd, nog nooit zo'n rare situatie meegemaakt!!!

Makelaar kent de markt en de trends goed en wist uitstekend in te schatten wat een goede pricing policy was. Hij was prettig, nuchter zakelijk en to the point in onze contacten.

De makelaar was deskundig en goed op de hoogte over de huizenmarkt. Wat de makelaar vraagt voor zijn tussenkomst staat niet in verhouding tot de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden. Ik als klant werd te weinig op de hoogte gesteld over de stand van zaken.

Heel fijne makelaar. Er was goede service en de communicatie verliep erg prettig. Wij hadden Mike en hij is een topmakelaar.

Super fijne (verkoop)makelaar (Daniel Stienstra) van Boonen makelaardij. Geduldig, goed luisterend, verstand van zaken, hele fijne en goed adviezen. Ook van de kopers alleen maar lof over deze makelaar.

Daniel is een fijne makelaar. Hij heeft zich veel tijd genomen voor de bezichtiging, heeft zich ook persoonlijk beeld gemaakt van onze wensen en liet ons uiteindelijk op het laatst nog zelf door het huis lopen. Geen gevoel alsof het allemaal maar snel moet gaan. Heel prettig. Bij andere makelaarskantoren gingen de bezichtigingen veel onpersoonlijker en vlotter. Uiteindelijk hebben mijn vriend en ik het huis wat we hebben bezichtigd (via Boonen makelaardij, Daniel) ook gekregen. Ook in dit proces was Daniel zeer prettig in zijn communicatie. Contact met Daniel verliep super goed. Er wordt snel geschakeld en het lijntje is kort waardoor de verkoop snel maar vooral prettig is verlopen.
