I would recommend Punt 100% if you want to buy a house in Utrecht! Because they are slightly larger than the other offices, they are flexible with scheduling viewings and ensure that you can attend, which meant that we had a house in 6 weeks, for a good price. Bas also helped us excellently afterwards with some setbacks after the purchase, much more than we expected since the sale was already finalized. Bas & Punt really stood by our side throughout - which saves a lot of worries when you buy your first home. A real estate agent is not cheap, but without Punt it would have cost us much more.
