And that out of pure desperation from this scammer! And now Start Makelaars INEENS ZOGENAAMD is no longer supposedly established in Mill😂 people fall for that! Roos K is however just a dumb box as a DEKMANTEL of Mark G! And they are established in Huizen but still actually in Mill! See all contact details😂 Your counter reaction on Google.. Is therefore again a big lie. With your story of putting everyone involved in bad light, however you as involved parties are indeed also partly to blame and not only in this case but also as already known on tv. And believe me everything will come to light, and whoever laughs last, laughs hardest and that won't be you. Besides I don't put anyone in bad light, however I tell the truth and not lies like you again do here to regain your souls. Fortunately many people know better after the TV broadcast and the ongoing lawsuits happily. however I am not at all evicted from my house by a court order, as you yourself also very well know. However, you did sell the house with my ex in a dirty way and earned quite a bit, and thereby forged my signature multiple times “so identity fraud and falsification”. So realize that all this and also again this dumb lie from Mrs. Roos K “who supposedly is the owner but the person is not stupid. On your website there are also so many lies, people are all being scammed by you! And supposedly through the pitiful Roos K, but she brought your business forward exactly one hour after the TV broadcast and that with 10 years of work experience. “She was then 14 years old”

Mr. Postema visited regarding the sale of our house, the conversation was good, neat, and trustworthy, and he is familiar with Milsbeek. The day after, we received the offer, which I found quite high. He was moderately 0.7 to 0.9% more expensive than other well-known real estate agents. We had a few email exchanges about the price, and then he came up with all sorts of excuses about this and that. He wanted to drop 0.3%. I sent him a neat email a few days later stating that we were declining his proposal, and have yet to receive a response, and it's almost been a week now. That explains enough in my eyes that he only thinks about his own bank account and not the seller’s, while during his visit he said and promised entirely different things. You can buy positive reviews, Derk, but not negative ones; after all, you are not selling potatoes. I hope no one else falls for his sales talk.

Derk is knowledgeable, calm and a no-nonsense realtor; you immediately know what you're getting with him and it quickly becomes clear which issues to keep in mind when looking at the house and whether or not to make an offer. A top realtor!

As a tenant, you experience poor response times. Knowledge of your own contract is not fully present. Not a good start when they took over homes from ACM (now NMG). Currently waiting for 4 months already regarding the conditions concerning glass insurance. Defective shed door has been left to be repaired since the beginning of the rental period due to the defect of the previous tenant. Receiving an invoice on April 29th (repair in January) asking us to pay € 80.00. And then hiding behind the previous property manager...telling us that we have to contact them. Stonevest = a gang of thieves who neatly hold out their hand for rent each month, but don't want to provide service.

Stonevest has the expertise in the higher segment of the housing market and you notice it in everything. They are fully up to date regarding the offerings and they offer smooth, but personal service. The team at Stonevest really thinks with you and that is very nice. Recommended!

We sold our house with the help of Activo Real Estate and we were very happy with it. We received very professional assistance and (almost) everything was taken out of our hands. It was a very relaxed process. In addition, Activo Real Estate understands the housing market in our town despite that not being their normal area of expertise. Highly recommended!

Activo has helped us tremendously with the purchase of our house. Partly due to their sharp view of the current market, we seriously participated in all bids and it was 'spot on' with the third house. They are very good at finding the balance between 'bidding realistically' but not 'going along too much with the madness and staying true to yourself'. We could always contact them for questions. A personal approach, 'thinking outside the box' and proactive action is what characterizes them. I would recommend them to everyone as a buyer's agent and am sure that the sale of a house will also be in good hands with them!

Unfortunately, we discovered this when it was too late... This broker contacted the selling party without us being aware of it. Ultimately, it cost us more; we could have done it better ourselves.

One of the employees is very unprofessional. She puts pressure on the other party and threatens with steps that are legally completely irrelevant at a certain point. With this, she sows unrest and uncertainty. It is an example of a person who likes to be a so-called added value for her client, but in doing so completely disregards her responsibility as a broker. In my long career within the financial services industry, I have never experienced anything like this.

Imagine; the housing market is overheated, you know that you can sell your current home well but you also know that you will probably purchase any new home at a sky-high price. What do you do then? My advice; call Activo Makelaardij! Then you are certain you buy and sell at the most favorable rate! I am happy to share my story! You get a phone call; did you see that house on Funda? That is really something for you. We hesitated but Joliens' enthusiasm convinced us to go look anyway. Once inside, we were sold. The house was beautiful. Not in the most favorable condition but with a man in construction, that would be fine. After a second viewing, we decided to make an offer. Jolien would not be Jolien if she didn’t want to get everything out of it. The first bid was rejected and the second bid was (against all expectations) accepted. In this overheated housing market, we bought a home for €40,000,- less than the asking price. I almost fell off my chair when Jolien called with the good news. With a transfer within 6 weeks, panic set in. We had to sell our current house. I called Jolien slightly panicked. Her words; don't worry, it will be alright! She came by, we made a plan, critically reviewed the property, received a decluttering list and scheduled an appointment with the photographer. As promised, within one week our home was sparkling clean on Funda. Within 2 days we had more than 15 viewings. And one week later; the house was sold for €20,000,- more than the asking price. An important note; our asking price was already reasonably high. Again, I almost fell off my chair when I received the offer from the potential buyer. It’s not all about money! It's also about quality. And Activo certainly offers that! Jolien explained everything to us in simple terms and ensured that this process, even for laymen like us, was clear. She helped us at times when we needed it and always offered a listening ear. Meanwhile, we are sitting among moving boxes and have renovation plans you wouldn’t believe. Perhaps nice to know; Activo also thinks along with you when it comes to interior design and renovation plans. Together with the appraiser, they give advice on which parts to tackle and think along about the layout. This gave us refreshing ideas. We look back more than satisfied on the purchase of our new home and the sale of our current one. Are you at the point of selling your home and buying a new one? Then we advise you to team up with Activo Makelaardij. They will get everything out of it for you, as a buyer or as a seller!
