Very bad, unreliable realtor. Poelman is helpful and friendly when making an offer. After signing the preliminary purchase agreement, that completely disappeared. When asked if it's normal for a support beam to be provided with an angle profile and propped up with tiles, Poelman simply answers Yes. Further communication can only take place via registered letters. So he lies, therefore be careful and do not enter into business with this realtor.

As a starter on the housing market, after searching for a long time, I finally found an apartment that was still available and where I could schedule a viewing. I was helped by Julie, which I experienced as pleasant. Julie gave me a professional impression and she knew all the ins and outs of the property. Info about the VVE (Homeowners Association), construction plans in the area, advance payment for heating costs, and the history of the building. Basically everything you need to know. Anyway, I made an offer and bought the apartment. Also, during the process, measurement moments and extra viewings were no problem, and here too I was helped kindly. Later, during the handover of the garage box, there was something wrong. The garage box differed from the viewed garage box in terms of finishing level. The real estate agent could not have known this because the keys were not available from the selling party. We are now 3 weeks further and the contractor has finished and panelled the garage box at top level. Friendly people who also updated some points in the house. I experienced the contact with Corne and Anouk as very pleasant. What I, as a seller, appreciated was Corne's knowledge of the local market and using it to my advantage as a seller at a good price.

After becoming curious following the online advertisement of a nice house, we decided to schedule a viewing. This viewing (Wednesday) already started somewhat chaotically because another couple was not yet finished with their viewing and we subsequently stood in the living room with five people, which felt quite uncomfortable. The entire tactic of increasing pressure by scheduling appointments tightly one after another is familiar to us, but this was at least subtle. Corné then gave a general tour of the house, with a standard introductory speech. During the tour, the gentleman appears very uninterested and continues working on his laptop downstairs. When we subsequently take the initiative and ask how any potential bids would work, the gentleman is very unclear. No exact date or time, but he wants to 'give it a final blow' this week. We sleep on it for one night and the next day (Thursday) we decide (with some additional questions) to call to make a potential bid. The gentleman’s reaction was very irritated and he informs us that an offer has actually already been accepted. If we still want to make a bid, it must be within the next half hour. Due to this time pressure and unsociable treatment, we decided ultimately not to place a bid. It would have been quite possible that the sellers of the property in question missed out on thousands of euros, because we wanted to offer a generous amount. In our opinion, Corné is a man who wants to fill his pockets as quickly and hastily as possible, without any empathy for either buyer or seller. We advise you to stay far away from this real estate agent!
