Our house ultimately stayed on the market for over 9 months with 2 price reductions! That is quite bizarre and unusual 'in this time'. We also always had to initiate the call when things weren't going well, and a strategy needed to be discussed. At one point, it was so quiet that they said from their side that if no one came to an open day anymore, removing the house from the market might be the only remaining option! You really can't sell like that as a selling real estate agent (who were supposed to represent our interests). The communication also didn't always go smoothly. We have had all real estate agents and property advisors (including after the takeover of Woonschuijt makelaardij); so there wasn't one fixed point of contact, which didn't improve communication. Afterwards, we gathered information for the sale of our house within our own network and implemented it. After that, our house was indeed sold. Why then only 2 stars? They were friendly. We therefore do not recommend them.
