I rented out my apartment through House Select and I am very satisfied. They also helped me with my new purchase. Once, I had a tenant who didn't treat my apartment nicely, but thanks to a good check-in and check-out, I was able to prove that the damage occurred during the rental period. The tenant compensated for the damage. Meanwhile, my property has now been rented out 6 times through House Select. They are personal and I can always call them. In short, I can recommend them to everyone!!

Without random attacks etc., I rented an apartment through this agency. What happened was that they colluded with the landlord to not return my deposit and the previous tenant's deposit. Ultimately, they partially returned my down payment and fabricated a number of random reasons for not returning it fully. I would recommend them to no one 100%.
