What a bad and impersonal real estate agent. After my first bid, I heard nothing, received no response, and so after 8 days I called to ask if everything had been received.. yes, it was rejected, I was told. When I asked why they hadn't informed me about this, I got the answer that they are not obliged to do so. If someone makes a bid, it is quite decent to say that you will submit this to the seller and that you let the bidder know is simply proper. My second and higher bid was made on March 31st. We are now two weeks further and I still haven't received a response. No rejection, nothing. Today I also withdrew my bid. I don’t feel taken seriously at all. Do you want a good real estate agent? Then do not choose Lamper & van Vliet. They should be ashamed. Go to Delta. Here I have now bought a house and it is very pleasant to do business with them.
