For a year now, I've been accompanied by Geoffrey in the studio (fitness boutique & private gym). I started because of back and neck complaints. Personally, I had to overcome a threshold to choose personal guidance regarding sports. Immediately started with a clear plan. Felt safe with the weekly professional physical guidance. Soon I felt my body getting stronger. In the meantime, I enjoy the intensive trainings every week, and am grateful for how I feel. The attention, space and location (beautiful view while exercising) make sure that I stay motivated. One of the best choices I've made!

In the fall of 2022 I came to Geoffrey (owner Fitness Boutique) with the question if he could help me get fit. At that time I had quite a bit of overweight and wanted to work towards the so-called summerbody. Geoffrey invited me for an intake and discussed my needs. Soon I noticed a click and felt that he would be the right person. A training and nutrition plan was made, goals were set and weigh-ins were scheduled. The progress was always discussed briefly before the training started. Geoffrey is someone who is involved and explains the exercises well and clearly. So good that after a while you can take over the thread yourself in the gym. I have disciplined myself to the schedules which shows that he knows what he is talking about and sees results quickly. After a few months I was completely independent and have taken over the thread for myself in the gym. About a year later I noticed that I needed a conditional stimulus and approached Geoffrey immediately. We started a trajectory with cardio kickboxing which also turned out to be very good. Besides Geoffrey being an extremely nice guy he is also involved and knowledgeable. In short, if you want to exercise with a personal trainer with good sports attributes and a nice view? Then I can recommend no one else than Geoffrey!

During the training you are well challenged! You are taken out of your comfort zone, which has enabled me to learn a lot of new exercises. The ending with a bit of kickboxing after each training is my favorite every time. You are professionally guided, it's a warm welcome at a nice location.

After years of sporadically exercising without really knowing what I was doing, it was time for a kick in the pants and guidance. At The Studio I found both. Geoffrey knows what he's talking about and takes your personal goals into account. I exercise regularly again and with pleasure. And I fit better and tighter in my skin again.

Absolute recommendation! I've been training with Geoffrey for about a year and a half now. The main reason to go train with PT is the focus on the correct muscle groups and core. I had back surgery years ago and still had regular problems, but since I started training here I feel stronger than ever. We do small group training where we always end with an additional quarter hour of boxing, to go completely out of our minds. Nice, afterwards :-)

Living in a building of theirs. Super bad service and maintenance. Mold, theft, you name it. They do nothing about it.

My mother has recently moved into an apartment that is rented through vd Linden. Communication via the mailbox is generally good. That process indeed went well and with good communication. Meanwhile, I have been living in a complex by Van der Linden for a year and a half, and I would no longer give four stars. Van der Linden is only motivated to earn as much money as possible, with as little work as possible. A true property boss. The rents are enormously high and are increased every year by the maximum legal percentage. This without anything improving the living conditions/property. It's allowed according to the law, so it’s done. Furthermore, complaints from residents are standardly not answered, denied, or countered with vague arguments, resulting in nothing changing and problems remaining. For example, I recently had a significant leak in my tap, where liters of water flowed over my floor every day. When I then indicate this as a repair, it is dismissed as a minor leak, which falls under personal responsibility, so at your own expense. Again; it’s allowed according to the law, so it’s done. In short: if you have the choice, look for another landlord! It will save you a lot of money and frustration.
