We find the recommended pricing of the houses in their portfolio too high, which we also thought about our chalet that we were selling. This ultimately proved to be the case. Be careful with this realtor; they are not trustworthy! This realtor cannot be reached by phone and there is no response to callback requests. We conducted a viewing some weeks ago. Subsequently, we made an offer because we were interested in the property. This offer was supposed to be submitted to the owner of the property. Afterwards, we heard nothing more. It's a small effort to maintain short lines with the customer. A simple email with information whether or not the offer has been accepted is more than sufficient. But even that was too much to ask for this realtor. Subsequently, it turns out that the property was allocated to someone else and we were kept on hold. In short, this realtor is not recommended! I would not recommend this realtor. A typical slimy and cunning group of realtors who are very obviously out to sell your home as quickly as possible and completely in their way and entirely according to their plan. They tolerate no own ideas or contradiction. Little or very difficult communication. Lying and deceiving, he clearly had his sights set on that one buyer, whom we, incidentally, found ourselves and had inspected ourselves. That one buyer of whom he knew was financially secure, therefore other interested parties were dismissed. Clearly no longer willing to make any effort. However, there was time to look up our beautiful 22-year-old daughter online, which we found very creepy and very frightening, what do the photos of my daughter have to do with the sale of our house?! Apparently, the creep didn't know that my daughter received a notification about it. After the sale, we had a very difficult phone conversation because we thought the calculated amount and already received by them was too high for the services they provided, but the atmosphere quickly became very grim. The loot was in after all, and therefore nothing remained of the initially so nice realtor. No concern at all, we received emails from the notary he should have forwarded, and didn't do so, and the notary approached us himself. We experienced the sale of our house, where we lived for 26 years, as very unpleasant in this way and with this realtor. We would therefore advise everyone definitely NOT to choose this realtor, there are certainly real professional realtors to be found nearby. For example Koster Di Giacomo, Belle, or Sterk!
