Super fijne ervaring met Klaas en Isabeau. Ze hebben mij ontzettend goed geholpen bij de verkoop van mijn huis. Altijd goed bereikbaar, fijn en laagdrempelig contact en veel inzet tijdens het hele proces. Ook de presentatie van het huis met de mooie foto’s en filmpjes was echt een meerwaarde. Heel blij met hoe alles is verlopen, zeker een aanrader!

In eerste instantie lijkt alles goed, dan wordt er over BTW gepraat en gaan ze diverse dingen voor mij uitzoeken, de transactie vindt plaats iedereen blij, tot plotseling de BTW weer om de hoek komt kijken niemand meer blij, in gesprek gegaan en keihard kunt laten zien dat je verkeerd bent voorgelicht blijven ze op de strepen staan van wij hebben niks verkeerd gedaan jij had dit of dat moeten doen, oké maar ik heb toch te maken met een professionele bedrijfsmakelaardij ze zouden het uitzoeken en hebben mij voorgelicht, wel verkeerd!! Eind van het verhaal wij hebben door medewerking van mijn accountant en de accountant van de koper het BTW verhaal weer terug kunnen draaien en zoals gebruikelijk komt hier een rekening van, nou ben ik niet van de quizzen maar U mag raden wie het grootste deel van de factuur mag betalen puur op de verkeerde voorlichting!! Dus conclusie gaan niet af op wat ze zegen ook als zegen ze ik weet het zeker, doe je eigen onderzoek scheelt een boel centjes!

Wij zijn enorm blij met de werkzaamheden die Klaas en Isabeau voor ons hebben verricht. Alles is vakkundig en naar volle tevredenheid uitgevoerd.

Great realtor who thinks along, is always reachable, and has a good understanding of things

An extremely bad experience with Brouwer Makelaardij. Brouwer came with a very low appraisal value, which caused problems with the mortgage application. The low value was partly due to gross errors in the appraisal report. For example, an entire floor of the house had disappeared and the sale price of the reference objects was incorrectly corrected, resulting in a difference of 12%. When I contacted them to discuss these shortcomings, I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally by Fabiënne Jager and kept on hold for a long time. I then went to another appraisal agency nearby who were able to appraise quickly and correctly. Ultimately, the appraisal value differed by €95,000 (!) from Brouwer's, which meant that I was fortunately able to get my mortgage.
