Leon Quaden is a very friendly man and we had a viewing soon. He gave us good advice regarding the right mortgage advisor, which made everything sorted quickly and our daughter and son-in-law are now busy renovating.

Ron, van Quaden Makelaars, heeft het gehele process heel goed ondersteund. Voor mij als Nederlander in Duitsland allemaal nieuw, maar ik heb me gedurende het gehele process altijd geïnformeerd gevoeld. Er zijn geen vragen open gebleven en de afhandeling liep heel soepel. I can't say more than: what a great realtor! Leon made it possible to schedule a viewing despite our busy agenda, which didn't quite fit within the available viewing slots. We submitted an offer on the same day and then came the Easter weekend... You'd think that would be a shame. But even on both Easter days, Leon continued working and kept us informed. At Easter, we also heard that our bid had been accepted, and within a few days, we already signed the purchase agreement. Within 1 month everything is settled and we are now eagerly awaiting the key to our new little house. This was partly due to Leon's clear explanations and his incredibly fast responses. Always available until the house is sold, then she withdraws her hands from everything and becomes unavailable for questions such as viewing a logbook or other questions about the house. She can talk beautifully and tell a lot. She prefers to receive offers via email or telephone because she is not registered with a professional body, which means she is not obliged to send a logbook. Estate agents who are registered with a professional body do so because they are required to. Look a little further and hire another estate agent!

1 star is still too much! Very unfriendly woman. Is very blunt on the phone, hangs up during the conversation. Also didn't show up for the scheduled viewing. Definitely NOT recommended.

Who now chooses a real estate agent who barely shows any photos of a house for sale online or truly awful photos? That’s how you never get viewers.

Very satisfied with both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. We had a dream house in mind, called Riet and immediately everything was set in motion for the sale of our house. And successfully so! Thank you very much Riet and Ruud.

On Monday morning I made an appointment by phone, which went normally. We could choose between 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM on Friday. Drove over 1.5 hours in the car to the location on Friday. Upon arrival, no real estate agent, nothing. Calling revealed that it had already been sold last Wednesday?! We did not receive any email, phone call, voicemail, or SMS about this... So we came for nothing. Therefore 1.5 hours there and 1.5 hours back, a waste of time, thanks realtor -_- No effort was made to have another property viewed or offer another form of apology. Really sad...

Who is now putting up a photo of a house on funda? Never seen such a bad realtor before!
