Wij (mijn partner en ik) hebben Lisette als aankoopmakelaar gehad bij het kopen van ons eerste huis. We hadden totaal geen idee hoe we dit moesten aanpakken en wat hier bij kwam kijken. Lisette heeft ons hier geweldig bij bijgestaan. Ze ging grondig te werk, was eerlijk en duidelijk over de mankementen die sommige huizen hadden, zowel als de positieve kanten. We wisten altijd heel goed waar we aan toe waren en ze is altijd goed bereikbaar. Ze heeft ook veel contacten in deze wereld. Ze is heel prettig in de omgang, enorm betrokken tot het einde en maakt zich hard voor haar klanten. Daarnaast brengt ze ook een flinke dosis humor mee in haar werk. We hadden dit proces met niemand anders willen doorlopen. We raden haar iedereen aan!

Very negative experience with Pouwerhuis and realtor Lisette Pouwer! Our experience with Pouwerhuis, in particular with realtor Lisette Pouwer, is extremely bad and we strongly advise everyone not to do business with her. During the purchasing process, Lisette made commitments and agreements that were subsequently withdrawn completely without warning or consultation. This has led to great uncertainty and direct consequences for our living situation. Instead of taking responsibility, the consequences of her actions were passed on to us. An apology for causing this situation never came. What is even more serious: Lisette shares information with other buyers during the process about other bids, discussed matters during viewings, and even personal preferences of other buyers. This is extremely unprofessional and in conflict with the confidentiality you would expect from a realtor. As well as directly conflicting with the oath that a realtor should uphold. In addition, she makes gross mistakes in official documents and clearly works carelessly and unorganized. The communication was chaotic, the guidance absent, and agreements made proved worthless. As a buyer, you never feel taken seriously or somewhat involved in the process. Every question is quickly and easily dismissed and often, afterwards, answered incorrectly. What should have been a positive experience, buying a home, has become a frustrating, stressful, and unsafe situation thanks to Pouwerhuis and Lisette Pouwer. We will never do business with her again and strongly advise others to consider doing the same.
