Advice advice I don't need any advice man
Reasonably good, in itself. However, no account was taken of a number of things that had been indicated beforehand. I even heard through another source that during a viewing they simply sat down on a chair and started reading something. That doesn't seem like how it should be done.

Ancora Advice Group has helped us with buying our home, arranging the mortgage and insurance, and selling our home. I can only say that all experiences have been positive. I always feel like I am dealing with professionals with a lot of substantive knowledge. In addition, the communication style is very calm, transparent and respectful to all parties. Exactly what I need as an impulsive and rushed house buyer :) When buying our home, Ancora consistently did good research into the value of the property and was able to give us a good picture of the technical condition of the property during viewings. We bought with a good understanding of the necessary improvements and at a good price. When arranging the mortgage, we were well involved in the different forms of financing and important conditions for us. Ancora independently and transparently advises the cheapest mortgage with the best conditions. The application process was clear to us and the bank. The mortgage was granted in one go and well within the time frame. In contrast to the experience of some friends, who had a lot of stress towards the end of the date from their application. When selling our home, Ancora made a thorough assessment of the sale value. Furthermore, they developed and published photos/video reportage and descriptions with a high quality level. Also in this process, the personal, calm and transparent style has done a lot in both the sale and managing our stress levels. I can recommend Ancora Advice Group to everyone!
My advice to you is: DO NOT TRUST Ancora!! I bought an apartment from them with some problems, some small ones but one quite serious (a wet spot in the roof). Six weeks before signing, they promised it would be resolved, but that didn't happen. DO NOT BE RUSHED if you perform the final inspection on the day of signing. That’s what they did to me and I missed things that I discovered later that day (leaking radiator, broken dishwasher, etc.). On the day of signing, they promised me again that everything would be resolved and that I shouldn't worry. I trusted them and signed the contract (big mistake!!). That evening, I called them and emailed them photos of the new problems, but I received no response. When they finally answered the phone and my wife called, they said we had to solve the problems ourselves and claimed that 'it was too much for them'. If you have to buy a home from them, DO NOT TRUST them, they are not honest people and they are only interested in their commission. Buying a house should be an exciting event in someone's life. Don’t be messed with by ‘pirates’! Good luck!
