The mortgage was granted in one go and well within the time frame. In contrast to the experience of some friends, who had a lot of stress towards the end of the date from their application. When selling our home, Ancora made a thorough assessment of the sale value. Furthermore, they developed and published photos/video reportage and descriptions with a high quality level. Also in this process, the personal, calm and transparent style has done a lot in both the sale and managing our stress levels. I can recommend Ancora Advice Group to everyone!

My advice to you is: Do NOT trust Ancora!! I bought an apartment from them that had some problems, some of which were minor but one quite serious (a wet spot in the roof). Six weeks before signing, they promised it would be repaired, but that wasn't the case. Do NOT be rushed when you do your final check on the day of signing. That’s what they did to me and I missed things that I discovered later that day (leaking radiator, broken dishwasher, etc.). On the day of signing, they promised me again that everything would be alright and that I shouldn't worry, I trusted them and signed the contract (big mistake!!). That evening I called them and emailed them photos showing the new problems, but I received no response. When they finally answered the phone to my wife, they told her we had to solve the problems ourselves and claimed that “it was too much for them”. If you have to buy any property from them, do NOT trust them, they are not honest people and they only care about their commission. Buying a house should be an exciting event in someone’s life, don't let some “pirates” ruin it for you! Good luck!
