Het verloop met Patrick Damen verliep lekker soepeltjes , deze man denkt met je mee over kleine dingen en aan passingen , ook heel behulpzaam met lijsten invullen als je iets niet snapt, niks was te veel wij kunnen Patrick Damen zeker aanbevelen voor de verkooo van uw huis of appartement!!

Ik ben zeer tevreden over Patrick en makelaarskantoor Damen uit Noordwijk. Allereerst dacht Patrick vanaf de kennismaking al goed mee in onze situatie en wensen en gaf hierbij gedegen advies. Daarbij was hij ook sturend in de eventuele risico’s die op de loer lagen zoals het bepalen van de verkoopprijs. What a terrible experience (at least for now), all the 'good' homes are booked 'directly'. That only happens with them, it doesn't matter if you try to call, if you literally just saw the property, it's fully booked within 'minutes'. Which is of course a blatant lie. I understand that the market in the Netherlands is complex, but as I said before, this only happens with this company. I have already booked several other homes with other companies, but with DAMEN it is literally impossible. At least, for the good properties. Moreover, they don't answer the phone and don't respond to emails. A few months ago, before I even considered buying a house, I was considering renting. I contacted DAMEN and they sent me an email with the required information and documents. I replied, but to this day I still haven't received a response. Last week I tried to book a viewing for a property that was already fully booked when I refreshed the app. That was on Friday. On Monday morning I received an email stating that the property was fully booked. Which is literally impossible. I am considering filing a complaint with the authorities.
