A terrible experience (at least for now), all 'good' homes are booked 'directly'. This only happens with them, it doesn't matter if you try to call; if you literally just saw the property, it's fully booked within 'minutes'. Which is of course a blatant lie. I understand that the market in the Netherlands is complex, but as I said before, this only happens with this company. I have already booked several other homes with other companies, but with DAMEN it’s literally impossible. At least, for the good homes. Moreover, they don't answer the phone and don't respond to emails. A few months ago, before I even considered buying a house, I was thinking about renting. I contacted DAMEN and they sent me an email with the required information and documents. I replied, but to this day I still haven’t received a response. Last week I tried to book a viewing for a property that had already been posted when I refreshed the app. That was on Friday. On Monday morning I received an email stating that the property was fully booked. Which is literally impossible. I am considering filing a complaint with the authorities.
