We requested an appraisal for an existing relationship. An appointment was immediately scheduled with the client, and the report was created quickly and neatly. We also had a very positive experience with a previous assignment several years ago.
Pleasant collaboration with appraiser Tichelaar, fast, accurate and skilled. Everything according to the NWWI conditions. Recommended, will definitely use his services again next time.
First impression worthless: we receive a sloppy and totally uninterested email back after a polite question. Well, then you know it... So don't go into business with them.

We had the misfortune that this appraiser, through us, carried out an 'appraisal'. Be warned, a complete rip-off. Didn't even introduce himself upon arrival, was gone again within 5 minutes. The appraisal report was poorly substantiated, full of errors. Valuation of the property extremely low without explanation as to why. This put our mortgage application at risk with much stress as a result.
Taxatie is gebaseerd op de marktwaarde met behulp van referentiepanden welke qua oppervlakte e.d. vergelijkbaar zijn met het getaxeerde, is het aan opdrachtgever of hij ver boven de marktwaarde een woning wil kopen. Krijgt hij de financiering niet rond met eigen geld, dan kan hij de woning niet kopen. Of het dan wel zo verstandig is, is nog de vraag.
We bought our house through Erwin Tichelaar. It was an exciting bidding process. Where we luckily came out as the winner. In my opinion, he realized the maximum value of the house for his seller. Erwin is pleasant to deal with and I would recommend him as a real estate agent.
When determining the asking price of our house, our real estate agent disagreed with the asking price that we would like to set when selling our house. The contract, as he already had prepared, with an asking price, was in line with the market, were his words. Afterwards came the question what asking price we had in mind. Given the national increase in 2015 and the expected increase in 2016, my proposal was to go 15,000 euros higher and implement that as the asking price. According to him, this was an unrealistic asking price and he really advised us to go lower. Whereupon we proposed an asking price of 10,000 euros higher than his proposal. To which he responded okay, if you want this I will now adjust it with the pen and would like you both to sign next to the paragraph and don't come complaining to me if it doesn't work out! Due to my determination and good information thanks to various media and the rising house prices and falling mortgage interest rates, our house was sold for an amount 5000 euros lower than the asking price I set. Had I listened to my real estate agent, I would have incurred a loss of at least €5000 up to possibly 15,000 euros. On top of that - the incorrect dimensions of our garden on your Funda site, - the incorrect measurements of the extension, - the wrong naming of certain rooms - the door to the garage in the wrong place, on the 'carefully prepared floor plan of our house' which was also a mirror image. - the negotiation we conducted ourselves with advice from the real estate agent that, if we had followed it, would again have led to a lower selling price than is now the case. And then asking 2.2% commission for this type of service. No, next time I will think twice and certainly won't hire a real estate agent again. It’s very unfortunate when you are treated like this and you can’t take them seriously anymore, what a disgrace.
