Very strange way of doing business. Have you had a viewing? Everything can be arranged 'as soon as possible', we were told. Then you hear nothing more from them. We had to contact them multiple times ourselves, and always coincidentally spoke with the landlord. They promise to send an email or call back. I'm still waiting after 1 month. They promise a lot but deliver nothing! Not impressed with this real estate agent.

Very rude on the phone after an unclear email from their side. Viewing an apartment with a surface area of 30m2 with 15 people is no problem during these corona times for the real estate agent in his BMW M5 show-off car. Confronting him about his responsibility regarding this is also pointless because people should use common sense (which he clearly lacks). All in all, not someone you want to do business with.

Everything arranged perfectly when purchasing new house

Niet responsief, vooral tijdens de overdracht. Ze komen op het laatste moment opdagen, veroorzaken veel problemen en houden de volledige borg in zonder deze terug te geven. De gepubliceerde foto’s en de vermelde voorzieningen wijken sterk af van de werkelijkheid. Absoluut niet aan te raden.

Ik ben erg tevreden over de service via Wouter Braam. Vanaf het eerste contactmoment verliep alles soepel en duidelijk. Hij reageerde snel en alles was binnen korte tijd geregeld. Dankzij hem heb ik een fijn appartement kunnen vinden zonder gedoe en geen extra kosten. Echt een aanrader!

De woningsnood in Maastricht voor studenten is enorm groot en er zijn veel onprofessionele makelaars. Braam vastgoed vormt hier een echte uitzondering: Wouter was super professioneel en snel, we konden binnen een dag een huurovereenkomst sluiten. Heel hartelijk bedankt voor je hulp!

Alles goed kunnen regelen en altijd snel geholpen, geen bericht of factuur gekregen van bemiddelingskosten zoals ander reviews van tijd geleden wel nog aangeven. Tevreden over gang van zaken.

We zijn zeer tevreden over Braam. Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Professioneel vanaf het moment dat we het huis huurden tot het moment dat we het verlieten.

Goed en persoonlijk advies! Goed bereikbaar of belt direct terug. Heel behulpzaam bij allerlei vragen enof problemen kortom een echte vriendelijke behulpzame specialist!

Meneer Braam heeft er een handje aan om bemiddelingskosten/kosten voor geleverde diensten te rekenen van ongeveer 200 euro bij nieuwe huurders na het tekenen van het huurcontract. Trap hier NIET in! Er geldt een wettelijk verbod op bemiddelingskosten bij tweezijdige bemiddeling ongeacht hoe de makelaar dit op de factuur zet. Wij zaten bij de oplevering van de verschillende appartementen met zes nieuwe huurders en deze man had het lef om ons allemaal een factuur te presenteren met deze kosten. In totaliteit gewoon 1200 euro voor meneer Braam om in zijn zak te steken. Uiteindelijk hebben wij ons samen gepakt en geweigerd te betalen en hierna er nooit meer iets over gehoord. Braam weet dus heel goed dat dit niet mag. Verder heb ik bij de oplevering van het appartement meerdere malen moeten aandringen om zaken die nog hersteld of aangepast moesten worden zoals afgesproken met de verhuurder te noteren. De punten die ik benoemde werden in eerste instantie gewoon weggewuifd of er werd overheen gepraat en pas toen ik weigerde te tekenen werden er notities gemaakt in het oplevercontract. Het enige positieve dat ik uit mijn ervaring met Braam haal is dat ik geleerd heb op welke dingen ik moet letten bij mijn contact met een nieuwe makelaar en welke rechten ik als huurder heb. Veel succes als je met deze man in zee wilt gaan.

sinds kort mijn 2e woning gehuurd via Wouter, snel geholpen en denkt graag met je mee wat bij je past. snelle service en bij problemen altijd snel reactie en een oplossing! bedankt wouter & crew voor de goede service en klantvriendelijkheid!

Meneer heeft meermaals verzocht of ik deze review wilde aanpassen of verwijderen. Dus bij deze mijn aanpassing. Voor het verhuur verliep alles eigenlijk redelijk soepel. Toen wij echter zijn verhuisd en nog e.e.a. moesten afhandelen, heeft mijn partner 3-4 weken moeten wachten op reactie. Op mijn telefoontjes heeft meneer nooit gereageerd. Overigens kreeg ik wel meteen respons na het plaatsen van de initiële review. Daarnaast zijn uitspraken gedaan, die nooit nageleefd zijn. Deze vorm van communicatie heeft voor mij meer waarde en impact gehad en voor veel meer stress gezorgd dan het verloop vóór we gingen huren. Mijn verzoek dan ook naar meneer toe, om me niet langer te vragen om mijn review te verwijderen.
