Een werkelijk verschrikkelijke ervaring - te mijden. Het inschakelen van Kolmeijer makelaars voor de verkoop van mijn appartement in Nijmegen was een diep teleurstellende en onprofessionele ervaring. Vanaf het begin waren er fundamentele fouten, waaronder een poging om een hogere commissie in het contract te verbergen. De presentatie van de woning was een aanfluiting. De foto's waren gehaast en van extreem lage kwaliteit, een feit dat werd bevestigd door andere makelaars met wie ik later sprak. De makelaar (Daniel) die de bezichtigingen deed was compleet onvoorbereid. Hij arriveerde slechts vijf minuten voor de eerste bezichtiging zonder 'te koop' bord en miste zelfs de meest elementaire kennis over het appartement. Communicatie was een constante strijd. Zelfs nadat er biedingen waren binnengekomen, leken ze geen idee te hebben hoe ze verder moesten. Ik moest hen in één week tijd drie keer vragen om de nodige informatie van de koper te verzamelen. Uiteindelijk raakten ze zelfs de sleutels kwijt en hebben ze deze niet aan de koper overhandigd tijdens de eindinspectie. Tijdens het proces heb ik deze problemen vele malen aangekaart bij de eigenaar, Rolf, maar zijn afwijzende reactie bevestigde alleen maar het gebrek aan professionaliteit van het kantoor. De incompetentie van Kolmeijer zorgde voor enorme stress tijdens een toch al lastig proces. Ik zou iedereen sterk afraden om van hun diensten gebruik te maken.
