We hadden interesse in een woning aan de Daalseweg in Nijmegen. Makelaarskantoor handelt niet in de belangen van de verkoper met betrekking tot dit object. Gebeld voor een bezichtiging. Antwoord: niet mogelijk en er is zelfs al een reservelijst, maar ook die is vol. Kortweg 'het had niet zoveel nut om mijn interesse nog kenbaar te maken'. Ik kan me vinden in het feit dat op een bepaald moment de agenda vol zit, maar het kwam als verassing dat ik ook geen bod mocht uitbrengen ongezien. Deze zouden ze namelijk niet in behandeling nemen. Terwijl iedere makelaar verplicht is alle uitgebrachte biedingen te bespreken met de verkopende partij. In deze markt kun je ook niet perse altijd een bezichtiging krijgen en doormiddel van het verkrijgen van de bijbehorende documentatie en gegevens is er ook voldoende om tot een bod over te gaan.
