During my search for a home, I often had questions about available properties. Each time I got a quick and clear answer, and they really took the time to explain everything. Even if you're not yet a tenant, you are still helped in a helpful and proactive manner. That shows that they're really involved with their customers.

If you then think...another new owner for your shop building in Tiel 🙈 and then you come across Yke and Jan Willem Leuke people with whom you can discuss on the basis of equality. Pity that they've sold your 'my' building again, they could have stayed as owner landlord.
Lack of transparency and communication, never helped with necessary repairs (had to speak directly with the landowner) and waiting weeks for the deposit refund. Avoid this if possible.
I have concluded a sublet contract of 5 months via Keyvastgoed in Rotterdam and encountered various problems. First, the rent price turned out to be about €30 higher than advertised after the start of the rental period. At the end of the contract, I was also charged for the cleaning costs of the previous tenant, while they had explicitly assured me that this would not happen. When I asked for clarification, they did not respond and in fact disappeared with the money.

Lack of professionalism and ethics. I had arranged everything with the agency and the owner of the studio I wanted to rent, after a viewing and several conversations. On the day I was supposed to get the keys, while everything was ready for moving in, I only received an e-mail stating that the owner had changed his mind and instead wanted a student. I understand that it might not be entirely their fault, but the way I was informed is unacceptable. Just a few hours before our appointment, with only an e-mail, and no help was even offered in finding something else.
Yke managed my apartment in Emmen for me as an intermediary. Despite Keyvastgoed having to wait for their money, I always received my compensation on time.
Ended up in a house full of cans and junk. Definitely not recommended if you ask me Yke Yke Yke and the rest can go to hell.
