Ik kreeg te maken met een lekkage en heb dit gemeld bij Key Vastgoed. Ze hebben direct actie ondernomen en nog dezelfde dag iemand langs gestuurd. Alles werd snel en professioneel opgepakt. Echt super geregeld!
Tijdens mijn zoektocht naar een woning had ik regelmatig vragen over beschikbare panden. Elke keer kreeg ik snel en duidelijk antwoord, en ze namen echt de tijd om alles uit te leggen. Ook als je nog geen huurder bent wordt je alsnog behulpzaam en proactief geholpe. Dat laat zien dat ze echt betrokken zijn bij hun klanten.

Key Vastgoed is top! Laura regelt alles voor ons huis en is ook altijd bereikbaar.. Ze zorgt goed voor de huurder alsook voor ons als verhuurder. En dat is precies wat nodig in een rol al deze. Ik zal jullie zeker adviseren aan anderen.
Bij toeval bij deze makelaar terecht gekomen en dat had niet beter gekund. Een kei in het vak en de medewerkers even benaderbaar als deskundig. We hebben dan ook geen seconde getwijfeld om Key Vastgoed opnieuw in te schakelen en kunnen het iedereen aanraden. Gun jezelf dat!
Dit jaar maakten wij de overstap voor het beheer naar Yke van Key Vastgoed. Het contact loopt erg prettig en vlot. Goed advies bij de vraagstukken die je als verhuurder hebt. Ook de communicatie naar de huurders is duidelijk en correct. Een fijne en persoonlijke samenwerking met alle medewerkers van Key Vastgoed.
Lack of transparency and communication, never helped with necessary repairs (had to speak directly with the landowner) and waiting weeks for the deposit refund. Avoid this if possible.
Ik heb via Keyvastgoed een onderhuurcontract van 5 maanden afgesloten in Rotterdam en daarbij verschillende problemen ondervonden. Ten eerste bleek de huurprijs na aanvang van de huurperiode zo'n €30 hoger te liggen dan geadverteerd. Aan het einde van het contract werden mij ook de schoonmaakkosten van de vorige huurder in rekening gebracht, terwijl ze mij uitdrukkelijk hadden verzekerd dat dit niet zou gebeuren. Toen ik om opheldering vroeg, reageerden ze niet en verdwenen ze in feite met het geld.
Lack of professionalism and ethics. I had arranged everything with the agency and the owner of the studio I wanted to rent, after a viewing and several conversations. On the day I was supposed to get the keys, while everything was ready for moving in, I only received an e-mail stating that the owner had changed his mind and instead wanted a student. I understand that it might not be entirely their fault, but the way I was informed is unacceptable. Just a few hours before our appointment, with only an e-mail, and no help was even offered in finding something else.
Yke managed my apartment in Emmen for me as an intermediary. Despite Keyvastgoed having to wait for their money, I always received my compensation on time.
Ended up in a house full of cans and junk. Definitely not recommended if you ask me Yke Yke Yke and the rest can go to hell.

Looking for an investment opportunity, I had the pleasure of getting to know Yke in 2022.
