Lack of transparency and communication, never helped with necessary repairs (had to speak directly with the landowner) and waiting weeks for the deposit refund. Avoid this if possible.
I dealt with Keyvastgoed for a short sublet period of five months in Rotterdam, and I had several problems. Firstly, the rent turned out to be about €30 higher than advertised once the rental period began. At the end of the contract, I was also charged cleaning costs from the previous tenant whose property I had taken over, while they explicitly told me that I would not have to do so. When I asked for clarification, they did not respond and essentially disappeared with the money.

Lack of professionalism and ethics. After a viewing and several conversations, I had agreed on everything with the real estate agency and the owner of the studio I wanted to rent. On the day I was supposed to pick up the key, while everything was ready to move in, I received an email stating that the owner had changed their mind and instead wanted a student. I understand that it may not be entirely their fault, but the way I was informed is unacceptable. Just a few hours before our meeting, with only an email and not even help offered in finding something else.
Yke managed my apartment in Emmen for me as an intermediary. Despite Keyvastgoed having to wait for their money, I always received my compensation on time.
Ended up in a house full of cans and junk. Definitely not recommended if you ask me Yke Yke Yke and the rest can go to hell.
