During the search for a new home, I became increasingly worried about selling my own house. Most of the real estate agents I came across were lazy, didn't keep appointments, were difficult to reach, didn’t do viewings on weekends or evenings, and didn't know their properties. I ended up with Eric through a viewing of a property and immediately felt good. That is why I asked him to also sell my own house. Eric understands his profession. He exudes calmness and professionalism when you make an appointment or call him. He takes the time to explain things clearly. This 'brokerage' or 'property management', if you can even call it that, isn't even worth one star. Two weeks ago, an appointment was made to view a property, communication via telephone was fine. We were present at the agreed time, but Mr. Manche simply didn't show up. We left multiple voicemails. Three-quarters of an hour later, he called with a rather weak excuse that he had completely forgotten about it because he was moving. Dear Mr., I think nowadays we have mobile phones that can remind us when we have an appointment. After that, Mr. Manche even had the audacity to ask if we were still interested in making another appointment. Well, Mr. Manche, we don't do business with a broker who forgets appointments, especially not in the professional area of his own company. This isn’t just our story, but also something that has happened around us from personal experience.

Had Mr. Manche from Manche Vastgoed as the purchasing broker and very satisfied with his services. Due to his many years of work experience, you notice that he knows what he's talking about. Friendly and personal. Price-quality is definitely worth engaging him as a purchasing broker and I therefore also expect to use him as a selling broker.

Everything went according to plan. The communication with the real estate agent was excellent, appointments were kept, and the real estate agent also considered it a special object to sell. And that was excellently achieved in just 10 days and at a very good price.

After incorrectly measuring the property, it wasn't put on sale until weeks later. Asking price far too high and adjusted too often. Subsequently, a much too low opening bid was accepted without consultation with us. Oh yes, luckily we did take out a bridging loan, despite being advised not to! All in all, not what we expected.

Biggest scammer filth Gerrit Evink

Unfortunately, I do not have a good experience with Evink & Petrovic Makelaars. During the rental of my home, I had to send many emails for maintenance on the property. It took 7 months before any action was taken after I formally notified them. Also, the problems that I had in the house were still not resolved, but never mind that. The lease agreement states that after termination of the lease agreement, the deposit will be refunded within two months. Gerrit does not adhere to this either. His own words were 'I do it my way' and 'are you in financial need or something, that you want it back so quickly?'. A lease agreement is made to set agreements on paper. But Gerrit Evink doesn’t care about that. He does it his own way and therefore does not adhere to the agreed-upon terms stated in the contract. Also, the contract stated that administrative costs would be deducted from the deposit. Legally, this is not even allowed and the administrative costs must be recovered from the landlord / owner of the property. I am sure that if I hadn’t started talking about this, these costs would have been deducted from my deposit. Now it's just a matter of waiting to see when I get my deposit back. In any case, it is taking longer than two months after termination of the lease.

Candidates who request viewing appointments multiple times and don't receive a response for days or at all. Not to mention the administrative side of things. A legal department saying there are errors in the purchase contract twice doesn't really seem credible. What a shame! **** And then also responding with: that, in their opinion, no assignment has been carried out. That says enough I think.
