Real estate agency Jo Rijksen successfully sold my property at the turning point in the housing market at the end of 2014. The asking price was ambitiously set (I thought: 'it will never happen') and the property was sold within 2 weeks for a price close to it. Above expectations! Photography of the property was professional and certainly contributed to many visits on Funda. Jo Rijksen handled the negotiations well with 3 bids and secured the compromise at the right moment. Net een huis verhuurd via Cynthia. Super samenwerking, denkt mee en handelt snel. Unieke is dat je zelf je huurders ontmoet en kan selecteren, zo heb je een gevoel bij wie je in je huis kan laten wonen ipv dit door iemand anders te laten kiezen.

Gisteren dankzij marktpand een succesvolle sleuteloverdracht gehad. 2 weken terug bezichtigingen gehad, uiteindelijk flink pech gehad met 2 kandidaten die zich terugtrokken. After termination of the employment contract, it is no longer possible to meet the enormous monthly expenses. Buying a house with a mortgage is in fact renting a house from the bank.
