Ik zou 123Wonen ook voor mijn volgende woning inschakelen. En Paul is gewoon geweldig om mee samen te werken, zo vriendelijk en professioneel.

Geweldige ervaring met het huren van een appartement

Onze ervaring met 123Wonen was ronduit fantastisch! Nadat we beseften hoe lastig het was om een ​​huis in Amsterdam te vinden, besloten we contact op te nemen met 123Wonen en werden we meteen doorverwezen naar Ivo. Binnen ongeveer een week hadden we een huis gevonden, een bezichtiging bijgewoond en met zijn hulp de woning geregeld. Al met al waren ze van begin tot eind zeer professioneel.

Een fantastische ervaring, ze waren professioneel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ik verhuisde van Berlijn naar Amstelveen zonder een woord Nederlands te spreken en zonder veel kennis van de lokale regels en voorschriften. Uiteindelijk huurde ik bijna twee jaar een woning bij 123Wonen Amstelveen. Paul, Barbara, Ivo en hun hele meertalige team zijn niets anders dan behulpzaam, beleefd, snel en professioneel geweest voor mij en mijn vrouw. Als je een buitenstaander bent die op zoek is naar je eerste 'thuis' in Nederland, kan ik de woningen van 123Wonen Amstelveen van harte aanbevelen.

Een uiterst frustrerende en teleurstellende ervaring met dit makelaarskantoor. Als verhuurder was ik geschokt door het gebrek aan vertrouwen en respect dat 123Wonen Amstelveen toonde. In plaats van het verhuurproces te faciliteren, bleven ze steeds meer persoonlijke informatie eisen, zonder daar iets concreets voor terug te geven – geen transparantie, geen goede communicatie en geen enkel teken van echte professionaliteit. Wat nog erger is, is de subtiele maar duidelijke discriminerende houding. Als je geen Nederlander bent of geen internationale achtergrond hebt, kun je verwachten dat je bij elke stap met argwaan en twijfel wordt bejegend. Het is zeer ongemakkelijk en volstrekt onacceptabel in 2025. Ook belangrijk om te vermelden: veel van de positieve recensies hier lijken erg verdacht. De daadwerkelijke dienstverlening komt absoluut niet overeen met wat die 5-sterrenbeoordelingen beweren. Als je als verhuurder of huurder respectvolle en efficiënte service verwacht, zoek dan elders. Er zijn betere makelaarskantoren die je tijd niet verspillen en je niet beoordelen op basis van je afkomst.

Ik kom uit het buitenland en het vinden van een woning in Amsterdam is bijna onmogelijk. Gelukkig kwam ik in contact met Rob van 123Wonen Amstelveen en de ervaring was uitstekend. Dhr. Paul en zijn team waren zeer positief, betrouwbaar en professioneel. Binnen een paar dagen vonden ze een woning voor me, regelden ze alle formaliteiten en overhandigden ze me de sleutels binnen twee dagen. Ik zou 123Wonen zeker aan iedereen aanbevelen die op zoek is naar een woning in Amsterdam.

Ik ben onlangs met mijn gezin naar Nederland verhuisd. We zijn niet meer zo jong en we maakten ons zorgen over alle bijzonderheden die bij zo'n verhuizing komen kijken. Very disappointing course of events. After a pleasant viewing on Friday, we were told that the property was “free”. We then indicated that we would come with an offer on Monday. On Monday, we made our offer, but afterwards the agent was not reachable in any way. Upon inquiry at the office, it turned out that the property may have already been sold over the weekend, but they could not provide clarity on this. The agent was supposed to call us back by 12:00 for clarification, which did not happen. Afterwards, it was promised again that contact would be made by 15:00 and later by 17:00, but both times there was no response. We used the weekend and Monday morning to carefully come up with an offer, and we were in uncertainty the entire Monday. If there were multiple interested parties, an application procedure would have been the correct and transparent way. The failure to follow through on promises and the lack of clear communication we find completely unprofessional.

Thanks to Estatec I was able to buy my first house in the Netherlands. However, my experience was not without problems. As a first-time buyer on the housing market I lacked the necessary peace of mind throughout the entire process. My contact person, Amar Singh, was operationally efficient, but the advisory support left something to be desired. The main problems I encountered were: - No detailed overview of the process, despite my requests. - The mortgage advisor was contacted late, causing time pressure. - I was advised against having a structural survey carried out before signing the purchase agreement. This was only done on my insistence and after signing the agreement. Fortunately, nothing serious was found. - On several occasions the contact person was delayed or unreachable during the process. All in all, Estatec's service did not fully meet my expectations, causing a lot of stress, but ultimately the purchase was completed.
