After the viewing, during the coffee, saying about a next viewing: 'You must surely have something better to do, this is nothing.' We went anyway and he was right. It was completely nothing. From that moment on, we listened to Max. Also when he said three months later: 'This is it, this will be your house.' ourselves were not convinced beforehand, but you can already feel it coming.
